Voters have had 9 months and multiple opportunities to see or re-see Mendez. I have no doubt that the vast majority of voters who saw MERRILY saw it with her AND that Merrily had some of the highest voter turnout of the season.
I'd love to see David Byrne and Fatboy Slim win Original Score for ''Here Lies Love'' and David Korins triumph for his stunning set design. But, alas, the track record for closed shows winning in their category isn't good or encouraging. And how the Tony nominators failed to NOMINATE Alex Timbers for his unique, dynamic direction defies belief.
Brian D'arcy James for best actor in a musical (though I'm fine with Groff winning it's just Brian is way overdue)
Here Lies Love for Set design (It has a really good shot but Tony voters recency bias is STRONG so I think Cabaret is taking it)
Corey Stoll for Best supporting actor (It's a strong possibility the stereophonic guys will cancel each other out but I did not like Parsons performance at all)
I don't think it's an upset because the field is wide open but Outsiders for best musical
Rachel McAdams winning would make me really happy. Of the other performances, I only saw Sarah Paulson, but I think Rachel delivers a much more nuanced and special performance. Sarah is just yelling for 2.5 hours.
Not necessarily hoping for this, I'd be delighted to see Daniel Radcliffe win, but I would be delighted equally if Sky Lakota-Lynch won for Best Supporting Actor in a Musical.

Same. Probably it's only chance to extend/transfer after August 10.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
Considering Best Featured Actress is such a large and packed category- 4 of the ladies have never won and 3 are first-time nominees- I would love to see somebody other than Mendez win. Of the 3 Merrily performers, I do feel she's easily the least likely to pull off a win.
"...everyone finally shut up, and the audience could enjoy the beginning of the Anatevka Pogram in peace."
Mendez winning 2 Tonys for acting by age 41 would be quite rare. It would put her in a category of people like Boyd Gaines (won two of his four by 41), Donna Murphy (two Lead awards in her 30s), Audra McDonald (4 Supporting by 34), and Hinton Battle (3 Supporting by 35). Whether that can translate into actual box office stardom would be another matter.
I'm just hoping Tunick wins for MERRILY. I know it would be kind of a career win –– this Merrily reduction isn't his best work, nor is it the best this score has ever sounded –– but he's busy as ever at 86 and it would be nice for him to finally win for a Sondheim show. It could very well go to the Score winner (Stereo or Outsiders) or a great-sounding catalogue show (HK or Illinoise).
It's a safe assumption that MERRILY will have a good night, but just how much of a good night remains to be seen. A good night could be Revival + 2 acting awards. A clean sweep is feasible (Revival, 3 Acting, Director, Orchestrations, Sound).

My money’s on 6 out of 7 for team Merrily this weekend.
