I haven't ever asked for a headshot from Bob Martin, but I would imagine that he will you send you one if you ask for it.
It took Beth Leavel one month to respond to my letter.
It took Danny Burstein exactly 7 days.
Sutton hasn't responded to mine yet, however.

osh, well I would think (or hope) Ms. Ebersole would respond because when I sent her a note before I saw her do a solo show, the manager of the venue that I gave the note told me that she invited me back after the show. I met her, her husband and one of her children and they were wonderful. After that meeting, she remembers me whenever I see her.....that wasn't so long ago so I would assume she would respond to mail from fans

It took 4 months for me to hear back from Kristin but if you sent it to the theatre for the apple tree you'll probably hear back sooner.

Kristen Chenoweth - Ive had bad luck with her, and I have read she doesnt anwer mail, but shes in a show now, so maybe your chances improve.
Tina- Fast. A few weeks.
Jessie L MArtin- Its been 2 years, I still check my mailbox daily hoping it will arrive.
Postage- About 90 cents. 3 stamps should cover it.
