Isaac is a hit or miss. I've seen people get replies very quickly and then I know people who haven't heard from him even after 5 months.
don't message me thinking im taylor trensch?? what would he be doing on bww?? you can't possibly be that dumb bye

Yikes. Don’t know whether I should take that risk to send him that drawing.
Is DEH still asking for donations to BCEFA in exchange for individual fan mail? I know that last year that was the case.
"Mostly, I loved the size of these people's emotions. Nobody has emotions this size anymore. Outsized emotions. Operatic emotions. Kushemski and Vanda are like Tristan and Isolde, they're Paolo and Francesca. Nobody's in total thrall like this anymore. Nobody's overcome by passion like this, or goes through this kind of rage." I don’t think so? I’ve sent to Garrett Long multiple times asking her to sign a playbill and she usually sends it back with most of the casts’ signatures. Taylor Trensch signs for free, and I sent to Will Roland and RBJ last summer and they both signed my pictures and didn’t ask me for a donation.
Meant to post before, but a couple days ago I got a cast signed playbill from the stage manager of The Cher Show in Chicago. I sent the request around the end of June.

I don't think that was the case last year because I sent fan mail to Ben Platt last year and he replied back and didn't ask for a donation. Correct me if I'm wrong, though.
Today I got a reply from Teal Wicks from when she was in The Cher Show. She signed some photos I sent, and sent back a sweet personalized playbill that said "Cher the love".

I just saw Isaac post on his story about answering fanmail, so I think I’m going to send him the art next week and hope it doesn’t take him too long to see it!

GUYS! I'm a total mess! I wrote to Caissie Levy last October after the out of town run for Frozen left Denver, where I live. I sent her a letter about what Elsa has meant to me as a character, and what the show did for me during a rough patch. I included one of my Denver programs to sign, but I NEVER expected to get it back! I've never written to a Broadway actor before, and this was before they had even moved into the St. James so I didn't know if she would even get my letter, AND she plays freaking Elsa so I figured all the little kids on earth would take up all of her time. Then I completely forgot about it!
I opened the mailbox yesterday, almost 9 months later, and immediately burst into tears when I saw the self-addressed envelope! She didn't just sign my program, she wrote, "For Ali! With all my love, I'm so touched by your letter and what Frozen and Elsa mean to you." I'm overwhelmed by the humanity. That someone like her would take the time for someone like me, when our world feels like it's falling apart... humanity is still a beautiful thing. Sorry for the novel, I'm just beyond excited and so very moved. I wish I had a time machine to go back and see her in her past shows. Regardless of what she does in the future, she can count on this fan flying her butt out to see it. I'm going to go cry again now :)
Hey guys! I am sending some out to Anthony Boyle, Sam Clemmett, Christy Altomare, Zach Adkins, Taylor Louderman, Harry Potter, Mean Girls and Spongebob. Will keep you posted! But I was wondering how many stamps do you think I should use. I am from Kansas and use forever stamps. I did use photo mailer envelopes to send back and she said I needed 7 forever stamps on those and than said I should put 3-4 forever stamps on my outside envelope sending it to the theatre. Do you think that is right? Just don’t want to pay a million dollars in stamps since this time it’s taking me $5 dollars for stamps for both envelopes.

I don't know who the "she" you're talking about is, but it's always better to be safe than sorry.
Also, I wrote to Anthony & Sam in April and have not heard anything back. I also sent a birthday card/gift to Anthony in June and still haven't heard back but they both replied when the show was in London.

Guys how are you guys sending stuff to the theatre and specifically people and it is only like 2-5 stamps (2-3 dollars) for original package and SASE? I am going to the post office and they are saying for what I am sending it’s like 3.50 for sending a envelope each way for packaging these letters and such is like 7-8 dollars per person I am sending all together. Are you letting them fold it? It’s just costing a lot and I don’t want it to cost that much. It’s already breaking my band and I have barely sent it to anyone.
