I don't think Roger responds. I've sent him a few things and he has never responded and I know other people have sent him stuff and haven't heard back..
I sent something to Roger Bart in February asking for a signed headshot and just three weeks ago about he sent me a signed playbill. I totally forgot that I even sent him something haha

oh well i guess if he does respond at all, it takes a while! well, i understand he's busy (he is hosting the international emmys tonight) so can wait. i might try the stage manager though. i want to send something before roger suddenly leaves young frankenstein without notice.
I got a "Speed The Plow" Playbill signed by the cast the other day!

Does anyone know if I can go directly to the SD or Box Office for cast signed playbills? I would like to get some for a charity auction. I really dont have time to SD a bunch of show or to send fanmail to a bunch of different shows. Any info would be appreciated!
You can try the stage door but if you are looking for multiple copies, I suggest you have some substantiation of your charity auction. If you are (or appear to be) an eBay predator, you are likely to receive a polite but unsympathetic welcome at SD.
No-one will care but it was important to me. I did the stage door thing at Gypsy and got most of the adult cast autographs. But I wanted the kids too, who mostly scooted out with parents through the exiting theater crowd. I picked out the name of Matthew Lobenhofer when I got back to Toronto. He plays one of the newsboys. I sent a letter and asked Matthew if it would be possible for him to have all the kids in the show sign a Playbill and return it to me in the SASE. Which he did! Thank you so much, Matt. When you are 80 years old you realize you are still going to be waking up singing "Extra! Extra! Read all about it...
I know Leigh Ann has been really good at responding but does anyone know if Laura or Patti have responded at all.
