I think it will, but my guess is that it will be part of the 2023/2024 season, or maybe even further out. Shaina Taub has a PACKED summer this year with both Devil Wears Prada in Chicago and then As You Like It at the Delacorte.
After that, I really don't think there is anything that can stop an Elton John musical from transferring to Broadway (not even that god-awful excuse for a logo), so Prada becomes her focus again.
After that, hopefully, she'll have the time to do the necessary rewrites and make adjustments for Suffs. Then they can start putting together the regional or commercial out-of-town production that this show really needs before Broadway. After that production, hopefully, it'll come to Broadway (although there could be more delays for more adjustments and waiting on a theatre).
TL;DR Yes, it's probably on it's way. However, it's probably also going to be a while.
