I'll have to be trite and say "Being Alive," but I also really love "Take Me To The World."

I think either Somewhere from West Side Story (it has such lasting power) or Send in the Clowns has my vote.
I also like Move On and Children And Art a great deal.

Judi Dench's Version of SEND IN THE CLOWNS!
but other then that I adore Beautiful from Sunday in the Park with George.

"Whenever I get gloomy with the state of the world, I think about the arrivals gate at Heathrow Airport. General opinion's starting to make out that we live in a world of hatred and greed, but I don't see that. It seems to me that love is everywhere. Often it's not particularly dignified or newsworthy, but it's always there - fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, husbands and wives, boyfriends, girlfriends, old friends. When the planes hit the Twin Towers, as far as I know none of the phone calls from the people on board were messages of hate or revenge - they were all messages of love. If you look for it, I've got a sneaky feeling you'll find that love actually is all around."

"Being Alive" and "Putting it Together"
"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

Since I just saw SUNDAY IN THE PARK and my head is still full of that --
Moving -- Children and Art (especially the way Bernadette Peters sings it)
Comical -- It's Hot Up Here
Those are the 2 that I've been singing the most. But if you'd asked last week, it would have been 2 songs from COMPANY...

My favorite is definitely "Chrysanthemum Tea", it has my favorite lyrics of any of his songs.
I also love "Unworthy Of Your Love" for the beautiful music but creepy context.

I don't like Judi Dench's version of Send in the Clowns necessarily but that's my view. I just like the song.

The first two songs that came to mind without any second guessing of why were "Not While I'm Around" and "Epiphany."

I love Johanna, the "quartet version" in Sweeney. Not sure how you'd classify that one - parts of it in context are kind of amusing.
For a comical one, I'd pick Steps of the Palace or God That's Good.
So many to choose from! He's a genius.
*edit* changed my mind!

"Send in teh Clowns" is one of the more poignant, as is "Being Alive."
"The Ladies Who Lunch" is wicked satire. "Another Hunderd People" is a very funny dissection of New York. (Needless to say, I love it.)

Musically, it's clear cut in my mind: Kiss Me/Ladies In Their Sensitivities [Quartet] from Sweeney Todd...
Overall, though, not sure.

Most Moving: No One is Alone
Most Comical: Getting Married Today
But if I had to pick the overall best, I'd say A Little Priest.
