This is the best thing to happen to this board since we all pretended we had seen Flying Over Sunset.

OH MY GOD MY FIRST DOUBLE POST AND IT'S ON THIS I LOVE LIFE RIGHT NOW
The OP is suggesting that Bernadette wouldn't be friends with LeBron James because he hasn't voiced an animal character, but he portrayed a Yeti in the movie Smallfoot. So, the real question is: Is a Yeti an animal?

I mean, I won't pretend I saw Flying Over Sunset, but given that it was about a bunch of folks on LSD, I would totally believe the OP's post was a quote from the show.

The real question for me is whether BigCat2 will ever initiate a post on this board again?

I'm trained in copy-editing and I've never come across anything as bad as this. Ahem. I tried:
Does Bernadette Peters, along with every other famous voice actor or actress, only like people who voice animals?
So that would mean LeBron James isn't one of Bernadette's friends, nor is any other athlete; nor is any other famous voice actor or actress, like Nathan Lane, Mandy Moore, Judy Dench or Jo Ann Harris, right? Not unless LeBron or any other athlete voices an animal, right? And yet Michael Strahan has done that? Is there no evidence that Frank Welker and Bernadette Peters are friends? Because they're actors and they voice animals, right? Although Frank Welker is not a Broadway actor despite his long voice acting career, right?
... I'VE CRACKED IT!!!!!!! It's about Animaniacs! The cartoon where Bernadette voiced Rita the cat!!!! And apparently Frank Welker voiced Runt, the dog!!! And... wait, where does LeBron come in...?

Bernadette Peters's hatred for anyone who doesn't do animal voices is well documented. God help you if you try to talk to her in a human voice.
Carole Baskin... is that you?

Why do I keep rereading this? It's not going to suddenly make more sense.
I would understand if this was just a question about whether there's a club of voice actors who are friendly because they've all voiced animals. Easy answer, no. That's insane. It's not like they all worked on the same movie or even for the same company. Why would everyone who has voiced an animal suddenly know each other? Also, most voice actors record their parts separately so they would only see each outside of work. The athletes part continues to throw me off and make me feel like my brain is leaking out of my ears.

Literally came here just to ask if this was about Animaniacs, and I am very glad someone beat me to it.
But thanks, OP, for the best laugh I've had in the last few days of quarantine.

I agree! Who needs stand-up when you get to read comments from this savagely witty bunch? And no, I'm not being sarcastic, I thank you as well!
