So I was blanking on the first line of "Part of It All" when I was singing it inside my head just now. So I looked it up, and oh dear lord, has this site got some BAD misheard lyrics...
Part of Fancy Captivate Part of the Preston Navigate Part of Lunch With Bernadette Part of a Codal Marmasette
What in the world is a codal marmasette, anyway? It sounds like a Get Smart gadget.
haha I've sent in some corrections to them... I fixed "Part of a night to stare at your/ super awesome Sardi's caricature/" I can't remember what it was before but it was REALLY wrong. haha
They also had Gristedes (anyone living in NYC obviously knows what this is) in 9 People's Favorite Thing as "Cristidis" for a while. lol
...it'll get here, oh, it'll get here...

Aww, who submitted the correction to The Mystery of Edwin Drood in I Am Playing Me? I forget what Drood was, but is was so wrong. It always made me laugh
I saw Heidi in Meet John Doe 5 times (I usher at Fords) and she was clearly the standout performer. However, seeing her in the first preview of [title of show] on Broadway, it was clear that her connection to the show and the material is something special.
"Why do you care what people might say? Why try to fit into their design?" (Side Show)
splendoris- guilty as charged, that one was me too. It WAS really funny but it bugged me because I was in Drood a long while back... I think it was Flood before or something, lol... and I remember now that the caricature thing was something like "scary something or other" ... haha
though I am wondering what the correct lyric for "Codal Marmasett" is... makes me think of a marsupial... or something.
...it'll get here, oh, it'll get here...

I wish Heidi really was in Drood. She would be brilliant in that part/.

I chose, and my world was shaken- So what? The choice may have been mistaken,
The choosing was not...

saw it tonight, never watched the youtube videos and really didn't know much about it other than the fact that it was off bway, was at the festival and had a huge following. I sat for 90 minutes laughing my butt off. Such talent on that stage. I wish them so much luck!! The audience seemed to be in love with all 4 plus Larry :) Heidi if you read this, your voice is like an angel and Susan YOU CAN SING :) Susan was absolutely HILARIOUS. Props to the boys for sticking out their dream and creating something so fantastic for the new season. We need more TOS's on bway.
EugLoven- damn it I'm only 19... well, have fun to folks who go!
My friend Mike and I went again tonight, sort of spur of the moment, and brought two of his friends from Texas. Even from the way back balcony (certainly could not afford 4th row again... like, ever, haha) it was amazing! and it was much less crowded at the stage door and so we said hi again as well, it was great stuff and both of our friends (one who is not a theater/broadway person at all) loved it!
keep telling 9 people folks

I saw it with one my friends tonight and it was wonderful. I loved the whole cast, and the show is so well written. Susan in particular was terrific, though the whole cast was great (Heidi made me cry during "A Way Back to Then"). I just loved it so much.
And at the stage door, my friend and I were freaking out with Susan, who was extremely wonderful. And Hunter gave me a high five when I told him I found The Mystery of Edwin Drood through the blog.
All in all, it was a great evening, and I'm so glad I went.
