You're lucky! I've only seen it once, and I'm away for the first three weeks of August. I'm hoping to catch it once again before I leave this weekend.
I love Susan Blackwell for thinking I could be Kerry Butler's little sister!

Time #2 August 5th!
As long as we're keeping track - I've seen it 4 times and #5 is coming up this weekend!
And can I rant for just a second and say how irritated I am with people hating on [tos] without ever seeing it? For example, here is what a friend of mine told me - "To be honest I am iffy about seeing title of show because (and this isn't because i read it on BWW though I do agree with it) of the whole "look at us aren't we clever." - and he has never seen the show! If I can get him to see the show - I'll convert him to a being a tosser!
You new yorkers make me so jealous. *sigh* I'll just have to wait til the end of August, and YES, it WILL still be open.

^^ I'm planning on taking my grandkids!! And no, not to the REVIVAL!
If we're keeping track, I've gone twice and I plan to go back for number 3 soon.
Who's going to Border's tomorrow? I'm working, but I work in area so I might be able to stop in on my break.
I saw it once at Ars Nova, twice Off-Broadway, and twice on Broadway, so five total.
I'm going to try my very best to make it to Borders tomorrow.
What a great excuse to get out of work a bit early - see you tomorrow at Borders for some tos-time!
I wish I lived in New York instead of Texas.
Ill be there is spirit.

OMG how cute are they! So I guess from a comment I left on the [tos] myspace page prompted Hunter to send me a message!
"thanks fernando! so glad you came and rocked the lyceum with us
sincerely
hunter and the tos gang "
AMAZING! They are like none other! It is stuff like this that makes them the greatest show EVER!
I die a little of happiness everytime Hunter writes to me on myspace. And that's only been a few times, but still.
Anyways: how was the borders event? I need to live vicariously through you NYC tossers.
The Borders event was great. They sang "Untitled Opening Number" and "9 peoples favorite thing." There was about 100-150 people there including what looked like many [tossers] in their [tos] t-shirts, bags and duck tape [tos] stickers. During "9 people," Heidi said/sang "What the f-?" instead of the real lyric which I thought was hilarious considering that the "unedited" cast recording was playing on the store sound system before the performance. The five of them looked very happy and excited to be there! I didn't stay for the signing because the line was too long but had a great time anyways.
Note: There was entire display of cast recordings on the wall that were completely gone by the end of the performance.
I was there, too. They sang "Two Nobodies In New York" and "Nine People's Favorite Thing." It was a great crowd. Michael Berresse was there too, signing things along with the fab five.
I had a better time at BORDERS than with the earsplitting decibels at Splash. Everybody seemed relaxed and happy to be there. During one moment, one of the red 'Borders' posters on either side of the 'stage' was in danger of toppling, but Jeff caught it in time, causing Hunter to crack "Heidi... please don't touch anything here ever again!", which made Heidi burst out laughing!
Lots of [supertossers] there, including John and Kennith, W.B.A.F., WonderRobbie, PocketSquaredFanadu and yours truly.
The [tos]tots are workin' it this week!
As a side note, the Borders employee who introduced them was sort of personality-free, which made the audience chuckle a bit.
And how was # 7, Robbie?
I was going to go to Borders since that's what time I usually go on my break, so naturally my break was pushed back about an hour. Glad to hear it was fun.
Overheard at Borders: "You smell like vag and pizza." ABsolutely not. It's stuff like this that makes me annoyed with super fans.
The performance was cute though. I loved when Heidi knocked over the sign Hunter said "You can take the girl out of [title of show] but you can't take [title of show] out of the girl.
Totes cute.

These people were sitting right by me. So annoying.
Anyway, I loved the performance so much! They are all so adorable and so sweet! They are just so genuine and it is so obvious how much this show and its fans mean to them. So glad I was able to go to this. It was so intimate and I had a great time.
Heidi knocking over that board kind of made my life. And I'm glad they edited Heidi's part with "What the f" but you could hear "That's some crazy sh*t, b*tch" loud and clear over the speakers when they were playing the cast recording. Made me laugh.
Good times, good times.

So tonight we went to see Love, Inc. at the Midtown Festival, and who was there?
Mary Stout!
That's the second weekend in a row we've been at the same show...
Mary, if you're reading this, next Friday we'll be at the Fringe for Cruising to Croatia. See you there!
you went to love, inc? if you had to pick up your ticket at the box office, you picked it up from me!
i was excited when i saw mary stout's name on the guestlist, but the person she was with picked up her ticket and she went straight into the theatre, so i didn't even get to see her.
I love the last photo from the SPLASH photos. They look like they are having tons of fun.
And [title of show] added me as a top friend on myspace, it made me happy.
