The ones SallyBrown said. Also:

"Class" - Chicago

Perfect Strangers from The Mystery of Edwin Drood
Solid Silver Platform Shoes from The Magic Show
Old Friend from I'm Getting My Act Together and Taking it on the Road can be done as a duet too
Some songs for men have been turned into duets for women at one point or another, too, including Pretty Women from Sweeney Todd and Live With Somebody You Love from Martin Guerre.
(So.. can you tell I've been listening to my Emily Skinner and Alice Ripley CDs?)
LOL wow, those were all Emily- Alice.
I definitely look to them for inspiration on female- female duets too.

I'm proud to say that I at least picked the Edwin Drood song without remembering Alice and Emily had done it. Besides, you took a bunch of mine
Going through what I own, it doesn't seem like I have a lot of female duet songs, so when I doubt, I defer to those two, haha.
I would have to say that
Sisters--White Christmas
and
StepSister's Lament --Cinderella
are two of the best older duets for girls.
They are fun and the audience will get a kick out of them if you do it right
