"Off With Their Heads" - WONDERLAND "I Will Prevail" - WONDERLAND "Jenseits der Nacht" - from the upcoming Rebecca "This is the Moment" - Jekyll & HYDE "Out of Sight, Out of Mind" - A Tale of Two Cities "Back to Before" - Ragtime
I have to agree with: "Soliloquy" from Carousel "Rose's Turn" from Gypsy "The Impossible Dream" from Man of la Mancha "Old Man River" from Show Boat
And I would like to add "Who's That Woman?" from Follies and "I'm Here" from the Color Purple
"In theater, the process of it is the experience. Everyone goes through the process, and everyone has the experience together. It doesn't last - only in people's memories and in their hearts. That's the beauty and sadness of it. But that's life - beauty and the sadness. And that is why theater is life." - Sherie Rene Scott
I think "NO Good Deed" is a VERY good example of a show stopper. Especially with an amazing Elphaba doing it. I think it is right up there with "Defying Gravity"
I ADORE "Move On" from "sunday in the park" tho I don't know if that counts as a show stopper.
"Life in theater is give and take...but you need to be ready to give more then you take..."
