Since we have a lowest note/female category...
I believe that it is Mandy Patinkin's High G from "AND THE MONEY CAME ROLLING IN/AND OUT" from Evita.
Of course, I might be wrong.
In "Flying Home" (SFANW) Man 1 sings a C. There's probably higher than that though.

also in the sound of music kurt sings a high G 2 octaves above middle c during 'so long farewell'.
Do the young boys in theatre count?

haha. fun.
Jesus hits constant high notes in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR in full voice, not in Mary Sunshine falsetto.
The guy from "Forbidden Broadway" does a great high note during the "Les Miz" spoof of "Bring Him Home" !!! :))
In the 1996 London Cast Recording of JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR, in "Gethsemane" at the part where he goes "See how I DIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE." He holds that ungodly high note for what seems to be 5 hours.
I think Jean Valjean holds the record. Doesn't he?
I believe there's a high B flat at the end of "Love Changes Everything" from ALW's Aspects of Love
I think Valjean goes up to a B. So SFANW still wins. Although if we are including small boys will little voices, the young shows win.
It's hard to distinguish what you mean by "high notes"
High notes in Falsetto?
Chest Voice?
Head voice?
Just listen to Man 1 in Songs For A New World.
That's what I think of when I hear "high notes".
hmm, what about highest female belting note?
Both Jesus and Simon hit quite a few impressive notes in JCS.
Raul Esparza gets pretty up there in RHS.
What is the final note in "Maria"? Pretty high as my memory tells me.

If were talking non-falsetto, Billy Porter probably wins the prize for Grease.
about kurt in the sound of music-we had to see that in a summer stock theater-during our drama training workshops-and it ws so.eeech
What note did Michael Crowford sing for the word "soar" in Music of the Night??? That note is pretty high! lol.
The note in "Music of the Night" is an A above middle C.
I believe the "soar" is an A flat....yes?
my bad 2day4u, it is indeed an A flat above middle C.
haha....all good! I wasn't correcting you. Happened to be at the same time!
