Phantom in Los Angeles about 12 years ago. It was my first REAL BIG musical. Davis Gaines is who brought me back. I was young, I thought he was cute, I had a crush.
Phantom....I went back because although i absolutely loved the show, I was unimpressed with the Phantom I saw and I knew I would love it even more when I liked the Phantom...now I've seen it more times than I can count because it is amazing.
Dracula 1/2~ I was born to love you and to need you and to let you go free...
Phantom! I ended up seeing it twice in the span of three days. This show still blows me away and i know it is only a matter of time before i see it on stage again. I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE FILM!!!
"Rap stars will love me..... I get me a posse and shit, aiite."
Phantom of the Opera. Loved it since i was three, and it never really changes (Except for the cast, but i mean music, staging, etc). Something to rely on, lol.
"The stage is where I live and come alive and act out all the things that go on in my life. It's not just what I do for a living, it's my shrink and my love affair. No one in my life has ever or ever will kiss me on the mouth like this lover called my relationship with my performance."
Miss Saigon My Grandma wanted to see it, so I took her with my mom for her Birthday. I would have seen it again before that on my own, but I was only 10 when I saw it the second time, so I had no money. miss Saigon was great though. I loved it all!
Megan Mullally as Karen Walker on Will and Grace: "Tell me more. Tell me more. Like does he have a car?"
Phantom. Because I had crappy seats the first time and I had the opportunity to see it in orchestra seats at half the price in Seattle, so I was able to appreciate the sets and vostumes much more. (Plus I love most of the music, regardless of whether ALW wrote it or not.)
"It's not always about you!!!" (But if you think I'm referring to you anyway, then I probably am.)
"Good luck returning my ass!" - Wilhemina Slater
"This is my breakfast, lunch and f***ing dinner right here. I'm not even f***in' joking." - Colin Farrell
