Wicked- 9 times Little Women- 6 times Mamma Mia- 5 times (mostly because of the easy standing room policy) Titanic, Miss Saigon, Phantom of the Opera, Scarlet Pimpernel, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Chicago and others- 3 times (I like seeing things multiple times)
Les Mis: 2 times (Once on Broadway, once on tour) Fame: 2 times (On tour in 1999 and 2004) Aida: 2 times (Broadway and tour) And I'll hopefully be seeing "Wicked" two or three more times in the next year or so!
I'm not going to list all the shows I saw only one time. I can't possibly remember all the shows I have seen since I am so FREAKING OLD, so I'll just list the ones that come immediately to mind. I'm only including Broadway or London productions.
