My Favorite songs from The Fantasticks are "I Can See It" and "Never Say No"
Soon It's Gonna Rain.
Soon Its Gonna Rain
I was in a production of THE FANTASTICKS, and my favorite to listen to in that production was MUCH MORE, because the Luisa had such a beautiful voice and her delivery of that song was great. My favorites to sing were THIS PLUM IS TOO RIPE and METAPHOR.
I'll second "Metaphor". It's a joy to sing.
I agree with CM2 about Plum - that was a fun song... They Were You and Soon It's Gonna Rain are my two faves...
I Can See It and Soon It's Gonna Rain
how funny! i just sang "Soon It's Gonna Rain" for an audition for a production of Evita. I think it's a beautiful song!

I am not certain that it qualifies as a song, but I adore A Curious Paradox.
It used to not be my favorite, but I just listened to it...and I guess being much older now:
"Try to Remember"
I am with Windy. Even as a small child I have always loved "Try to Remember"

Never Say No is a lot of fun
and They Were You is absolutely gorgeous
Much more
they were you
They Were You is simply one of the most beautiful songs in musical theatre IMHO.
try to remember
And that is the only song I remebered.

"Try to Remember." Jerry Orbach singing that song is just sheer perfection.

When i was in the production i also thought that this plum is too ripe was fun!
'They Were You' and 'Soon It's Gonna Rain'. I did this show for quite awhile and I have such a fondness for it. I can still hear our 'dads' singing "plant a turnip, get a turnip...maybe you'll get two"
Beauty: Try to Remember and the whole idea of They Were You. The lyrics of Try to Remember really are incredibly touching, and it embodies the whole depth of the show.
Humor: Never Say No, Plant a Radish
and Much More just because it's so darned cute!

I first heard "Try To Remember" when I was quite young, and I thought it was a lovely song. I still love "Try To Remember" but now it's so much more.
