Does Defying Gravity count? It's a turning point and a minor break down. Nothing compared to No Good Deed but a bit of a break down.

Also Javert's Suicide from Les Mis, I love that moment and how it's done on the stage.

I Know the Truth from Aida

And the mother of all break down songs (even if it is a finale) Tell me it's Not True from Blood Brothers

My favorite turning point song was from the Last 5 Years, THE NEXT 10 MINUTES, absolutly perfect!

As farr as breakdown songs, I really have a couple first that come to mind are:
1. No Good Deed Goes Unpunished, Wicked
2. Goodbye Love - I absolutly adore the breakdown right after Angel's funeral. It's fantastic (and never should have been deleted from the movie but my opinion)
3. If I didn't believe in you - Last 5 Years

I made a list of all your faults, it was quite detailed and lengthy too and when I read it through I missed you. Your like a classic Eagles song, you just cant help but sing along even though it sometimes gets annoying too. I just know I want to be wherever I can wake and see you there next to me. **High Fidelity** Love is what I do **The Wedding Singer** Xanadu - Best NEW Musical of the Season!

^^^^ Again lots of the ones I had in mind to list have been listed. Great minds think alike, right re: Best turning point/Breakdown, songs

I will ad ELABORATE LIVES from AIDA. It is when Radames and Aida consumate their feelings.

Your Daddy's Son is a great one. I also think that Coalhouse's Soliloquy applies.

You're reminding me of people you hear at the movies asking questions every ten seconds, "Who is that? Why is that guy walking down the street? Who's that lady coming up to him? Uh-oh, why did that car go by? Why is it so dark in this theater?" - FindingNamo on strummergirl

"They say that just being relaxed is the most important thing [in acting]. I take that to another level, I think kinda like yawning and...like being partially asleep onstage is also good, but whatever." - Sherie Rene Scott
