VERY wonderful. Thank you for sharing
John Cudia is a fantastic Phantom & still an excellent Valjean!
It looks SO different though! Is this what all the regional productions are going to look like?
& I wonder what will happen when "spoiler?" Valjean takes Marius into the sewer, since it really doesn't look like they have the pop-up box thing (The Thenardier's have suitcases?).
Hm interesting!

Wait is this in a theatre in the round?
More like theatre in the square.
p.s. And no turntable.

phantom88: Please can you say spell out the song titles in the future? I had to think for awhile about what MOTH was and even ODM took my a minute. I'm a big Les Mis fan but those acronyms are crazy.
Looks terrific! Thanks for posting!

Thanks for posting! I'm seeing it in a week and was certainly curious how Marriott would tackle the more technical aspects of the show. Sounds like it will be yet another amazing Marriott production.

I honestly think the Marriott is the only theatre in the country that can successfully turn a proscenium show into an in-the-round show. All their shows generally get strong reviews.
Sacramento Music Circus? Surely there must be other in-the-round theatres in the US with good reputations. And at this point, seeing LM not with a turntable is somewhat refreshing.
North Shore Music theatre.
Also, there was a huge chain of theatre in the round dinner theatres in the 70's. Most of them have closed, but here are the surviving ones:
Chaffin’s Barn Dinner Theatre: http://www.dinnertheatre.com/
Barn Dinner Theatre: http://www.barndinner.com/
Derby Dinner Playhouse: http://www.derbydinner.com/
I havn't been to the other two, but I attend the Derby Dinner alot, and I love it!
I love living so close to the Marriott. I loved their most recent production of Into The Woods. I didn't get to see The Producers though, which made me sad.

That Thenardier is a carbon-copy of Leo Burmester.
One Day More sounds brilliant, and I love the staging.
I loved this production. Cudia was incredible and his What Have I Done sent like chills up my spine. The cast was brilliant however I was not at all a fan of the eponine. Her voice kind of annoyed me. I thought the staging was differnt and wonderful and the barricade was really cool. If your in the area see the show.
ahh yay! thank you!
this is so good!! they are fantastic
