This is the best March Madness thread yet. Both are very flawed shows but were nevertheless great nights at the theater. Interestingly, both shows underwent major revisions after their Broadway productions (Goodbye Girl for London and BIG for the tour), so if you were to see productions of them now, they'd be vastly different from the ones that opened a decade or so ago. Anyway, I'm gonna go with....
Oy, two shows that both should have been better. Watching "Big" was actually painful at times, but "The Goodbye Girl" was deadly dull. I'll say BIG. And pray that I forget it.
I wonder how many people who are voting on these threads have actually seen the shows or are going on cast recordings alone. Because that is not the full measure of a show. At all.
