Voted this morning - turnout seemed great. Proud to help Hillary take the presidency, just like we helped her take NY back in April. We are on the brink of history right now, and my stomach won't stop churning. There's nothing to do now but wait.
Waiting in line at my polling place. Trump was just here to vote and everyone booed him.
Joey, saw that on tv. He didn't look very happy. He had a look on his face like "Oh sh*t, this is really happening. How do I get out of it."
I was in and out in 20 minutes this morning over here in Jersey. Lots of people but they were extremely organized.
I am just hoping that after this ridiculous reality show of a campaign season, tonight we can celebrate the history that we thought might happen in 2008. We will have our first, and qualified, female president. That has gotten lost in all of this mess.
"Trump was just here to vote and everyone booed him."
Of course they did. Every real New Yorker has known him to be nothing but a vulgar, oafish, loathsome clown ever since he hit the NY media more than 40 years ago. Remember Spy magazine's descriptor for him - "short-fingered vulgarian."
The only people who see him as a viable leader are slack-jawed reality TV viewers from the sticks - and not even all of them, only the ones who can't distinguish right from wrong.

Made my day!
My gut reaction as of now is Red Senate.
I voted for the Clinton-Kaine ticket but the following anti-Clinton ad is HILARIOUS.
Moving Day for the Clintons
I voted around noon. Not very busy. Not sure if that is good or bad. I live in a rural area and was #197 in my district. I have a very bad feeling that Trump will win in my area.
I voted this morning in Jersey City. The past two elections the line to vote stretched around the corner. This morning I walked right in.
Made me a little nervous.
I early voted already, but I drove past two polling places in Kissimmee on my way to work this morning. Lines around the building, and this was at about 7:30 this morning.
Voted last week but cruised past my local place today twice, no line whatsoever each time. Thinking electoral drubbing tonight. Good luck to us.
Nothing new....steady stream in and out, but not lines except for first thing this am. But we are a small town with two voting polls.
What a stressful day! Washington State is all absentee ballots now, so voted a couple weeks ago. Trying to remain calm and positive. I had the tv on for a bit but it all was giving me a panic attack. I'm sure it will all be alright, but he's going to pull out everything until the last minute. Hopefully she'll have a clear landslide that won't allow him to make a big stink. I love following elections but this has just been too much. Ready for it all to be over and our country to be able to begin to heal.
I'm calling this now:
10:00 PM ET: Networks call Florida for Clinton
11:01 PM ET: Networks pronounce Hillary Clinton 45th president of the United States

My map is 280 without Florida or North Carolina. I just do not have a good vibe for those two. I am giving Nebraska 2nd District to Clinton. The gerrymandering is unfair as Obama won the district in 2008.
I do not have a map without PA or MI!
PJ - hope you are correct!
What is the coverage of choice tonight? CNN? Or one of the Networks? I remember fondly watching Karl Roves meltdown at FOX when Obama won his second term.
Good question, Dame!!!
I'm switching between CNN and MSNBC every half hour or so but will likely tune into Faux News around 10 PM east coast time just to watch Sean Hannity blow a gasket.
Watch MSNBC, switch to CNN when Chris Matthews is speaking.
I will probably do the same.
I don't mind Chris Mathews. Rachel however..
What is the coverage of choice tonight?
Comedy Central.
My coverage is a Gilmore Girls marathon with occasional checking to make sure the world didn't explode.
MSNBC because you can't beat Rachel and Bryan for anchors. I also have a bit of a crush on Steve Kornacki and I get giddy whenever he gets to work on the electoral map.
It'll be fun to pop over to CNN after it's all over to see Scottie Nell Hughes, Corey Lewandowski, and Kayleigh McEnany having a meltdown.
A change of plans...I'm gonna watch the DVD edition of The German Doctor which arrived in the mail today from Netflix. I need a break from the horse races.
