Reading through the last few pages made me miss the old time users, like luvtheEmcee.
Aw. Whatever happened to her/him? I think she was female.
I just got home from work. Tomorrow should be my day off, but my coworker called in sick. Now I'm working six days in a row. How do you spell OVERTIME?

Oh, the good times Em and I had on these threads.
Uh, let's see, banality. I'm going to cook a kick-ass cassoulet tomorrow.
Pulling an all nighter...two times in a row!
BOOM-BABY
Deadlines approach. Am getting to see first hand who works well under pressure and who spins wheels.
Did I miss something? Jungle Red joined on 8/13/12 but misses the old-timers?
Everyone old is new again.
I was old, then new, but now I am old again.
I heard on the radio that having butt fat is good, but stomach fat is bad.
Jungle Red is new.
I used to post five or so years ago but stopped.
Oh, and I'm glad I came into work today. (I'm covering for an ill coworker.)
I've made $40 in tips. I work front desk at a hotel. All I do is answer phones and sometimes recommend my favorite restaurants. Not bad!

I might make stew tomorrow.
Jane, that sounds yummy.
And, welcome back, Jungle Red.
thanks Addy-just tryng to be as banal as possible!
Thanks, Addy!
I just checked in an elderly Irish couple. They were cranky!
The bar next to my hotel went crazy.
Guess this means the San Francisco Giants won another game.
I really shouldn't buy my Halloween candy so early. It's just too tempting.
Just ran 3 miles. Through subdivisions. I really miss the mountains and forests...
(Reading through this thread has been kinda fun)
MLIS homework before the VP debate

Addy, those neighborhood kids don't really need candy anyway.
AGNES, a short script I wrote for my Screenwriting 1 final is being shot on a October 27th as a college production project, to be entered into festivals.
I'm super excited!
The part I find funny is that the school is a super uber conservative Christian college in Kentucky. I didn't tell them I'm a big fat homo from San Francisco.
^ That's exciting. I got involved once with some students from NYU who were looking for Production Assistants for their film. It was a fun experience.
Today I got to freeze my butt off volunteering at a 200 mile relay race. We had to sit outside and record the time each runner came through. They'll be trading off throughout the night. They started the run at Mountain Creek in Vernon, NJ & will be going down to Seaside Heights. I'm done with my part though. I think they were getting local organizations for each check point area.
I ran around my neighborhood and up a hill I tripped and fell. Nearly on my face but my momentum had my entire body weight land on my left hand. Cut my palm open and scraped both knees. Jammed three fingers on that hand but can move all of them, including the really swollen one. I can still type with both hands but I was in pain a few hours ago. My parents treated me to Thai food so I will not complain for the rest of the night- the ibuprofen helps too.
My post-college job lead disappeared but the application deadlines of a couple of jobs I looked into are about to pass and I just had a phone interview with one. But that job only starts in December and even so I have to wait until November to get another interview. So I am considering also looking for part-time, possibly seasonal jobs in sales and retail because working again at a supermarket that I did for a year whilst a senior was enough. That is of course if nothing pops up. I am not even sure if I need a new car or not because I also applied to a bunch of stuff in the city. Oh well, at least I was promised A John Waters Christmas by my mother.

Next debate at my Alma Mater.
Cooked my best bird ever on my new nonstick vertical chicken roaster. Lacquered ultra crispy skin! Holy G-d, that thing works wonders. Highly recommended. About 8 bucks on Amazon.
