Melanie Griffith in chicago
it was almost unbearable
Yea, but I had a damn good time watching her make a fool of herself...
Christina Applegate's acting was amazing in charity. I thought she was so funny and also so tragic. She did an excellent job!
Lewis Stadlin in the Producers, voicewise. I did not care for his voice. At all. I'm not saying that I wanted him to sound like Nathan Lane, but he croaked his way through every song.

I have this to say:
Oy vey, ljay!
Sandy Duncan in CHICAGO and Liz Larsen in DAMN YANKEES.
And Julie Hanson in PHANTOM and Jennifer Laura Thompson in WICKED: both women could not sing on pitch when I saw them. Singing so flatly on Broadway should be criminalized.
I have to partially agree with Yankeefan about Terrence Mann. The first tow times I saw Lennon, Terrence seemed bored out of his skull. He acted like he was being forced to be up there, and wasn't liking it very much.
However...
I went back to Lennon during its final week, and it was like there was a TOTALLY different person on stage. I instantly forgave him for two shoddy performances on the spot. I honestly couldn't believe I was watching the same person. I guess he just needed the motivation of the final days?
Idina Menzel in....everytime she walks on a broadway stage!
She just plainly blows monkey balls!
someone teach the girl how to breath!
SO JV- youre a negative nancy, huh? I dont like you.
Christina Applegate as Sweet Charity
she ruled in MARRIED with childeren on fox
I thought Appelgate was wonderful, considering the lousy direction.
Well, since Christina Applegate has been mentioned 5 or 16 times, I'll venture Ms. Rosie O'Donnel in Fiddler on the Roof. Absolutely dreadful.
I liked O'Donnell. She was far better than Randy Graff, who BLEW.
She hated her children. She wanted to send them ALL to Siberia! She wanted to use that sewing machine to bash Hodel over the head, she would destroy Chava, and feed Tzeitel poison. She hated Tevye even more. She couldn't bear to even be near him. Him asking her to say she loved him was the worst thing that she could have ever imagined, even worse than the torture she had to endure night after night sleeping in that bed with him. Man, Rosie cum Golde hated everyone, everything, and her life so much.
I didn't see him, but I'd like to suggest Michael Maguire as Enjolras on the OBC recording and the 10th anniversary performance. Vile.

I think the girl knows how to breathe just fine. She IS in her thirties.
Idiot.
Lead woman (?), NEVER GONNA DANCE
Nancy Lemenager. And yes, she was awful. Brilliant dancer, but can neither sing nor act.
I agree with whomever said Jena Malone. She's just not a stage actress. Live theatre seems to swallow her up whole.

Melissa Errico in Dracula was like a 9 on the 10 point pain scale. She was right up there with a Brazilian wax.
Haha, I'm not laughing at anyone's choices for poor performances, those are their opinions. I'm laughing at the "idiot", and "I don't like you"- reactions to others' opinions. How silly.

I've seen some terrible stuff, but the only one I still get annoyed about is Jon Secada in Cabaret.
He was dreadful. *cringe*
