^ Also includes season options for Les Mis, Book of Mormon, and Hadestown.
I believe this is the first indication of Hadestown continuing into the 2024-2025 season. Hopefully it continues as an equity tour.

Yeah, I saw Hadestown in Minneapolis during its first tour. It was a great show, so I'll definitely try to see it again.

Interesting. I thought Mean Girls was only scheduled to tour through this year but they have casting calls on Playbill and now this. Interesting.

First indication of the non-equity tours of Ain’t Too Proud and Dear Evan Hansen are, indeed, happening. Also, I believe this will be the final stop for Company, or maybe it’s Fort Worth that is the last stop…
Oh god please not another Dear Evan Hansen tour
Cannot wait to see the images of a 20 year old Evan and a 25 year old Heidi sitting next to each other.

It appears to be the case.

Broadway In Hollywood (Pantages) emailed to say it is announcing February 23rd.
It previously emailed saying Wicked would-be part of the 24-25 season but today's email said that once you renew you'll have "immediate access to" Wicked, so it appears to be an add-on.

They’ve announced Lion King (no dates yet, but generally the big show is in the summer), rest of shows will be announced in March.

Too bad Lion King isn’t an add on. I just paid for it separately when it was here last!
Is Toronto getting another Lion King sit down as an apology for Frozen never getting there?

So is the Frozen tour ending without ever coming to Toronto? It’s shocking to me that Ottawa got the Frozen tour but Toronto didn’t.

Perhaps lol. I would still have preferred getting Frozen. If Aladdin is any indication, Disney shows sell like crazy in Toronto.
Although I'm not thrilled with Lion King being on subscription, this is a fairly strong season for Mirvish and certainly an improvement over this year's season. I am curious what that 7th show will be.

Yeah that baffles me. Edmonton's Citadel Theatre is even putting on their own production of Frozen in February 2025. With Beauty and the Beast starting up next season and Frozen having played just about everywhere, it sounds like the tour is closing up. Fingers crossed Frozen is somehow that mystery 7th show, but I'm not getting my hopes up.
The mystery show has to be something that isn't announced yet for tour, or is a transfer from London, or a world premiere. I have a hard time believing they would hold back the name of the show if it was announced in other cities.

Perhaps Mirvish is still deciding how long Six will reman open before closing to make space for Come From Away, which was already soft-announced for the Royal Alex starting September 2024.
That, or the extra show could fill in the gap at the Ed Mirvish between Beetlejuice and Moulin Rouge in spring 2025.

That's what I'm thinking. It would make no sense for it to be another tour. It's possible it could be Come from Away (they are just waiting until they announce SIX is closing), but the problem is that most people know it's returning anyway and they included it in their 2024 preview video already.
There are probably a few shows looking to transfer from London, so hopefully it's something exciting!
The return engagement of COME FROM AWAY is supposed to run for 4 months.
Broadway San Francisco's 2024-25 season:
Other than Back to the Future and A Beautiful Noise, I'm actually pretty excited about this season and may subscribe again. Does Broadway SF still let you switch out tickets for one production into another?
Nice to see that they're using the Curran, which is a much better fit for Kimberly Akimbo and Parade. The runs have gotten shorter, which has always been the speculation ever since Ambassador Theater Group took over.
Only one show at the Golden Gate? Is something going on with that theatre?
