You guys and gals are brave to spring for these tix before the full cast is announced. I'm waiting...I think I was spoiled by the Roundabout/Studio 54 production.
Denis O'Hare, Neil PH, Mario Cantone, Becky Ann Baker, Marc Kudisch and Michael Cerveris (wow)...great supporting cast and that set was so dynamic for 10 or so years ago...
I just happened to get a ticket today. Not that I think they'll sell out now that they have this cast, but I'm glad I didn't wait any longer.
I'm excited about Pasquale. I love Julie White though I don't remember that being a very interesting part. I haven't seen most of the others perform before but Steven Boyer and Cory Michael Smith seem like they could be great casting. I wish they would have gone for a more diverse cast but you can make a historical accuracy argument.
I kept thinking they meant Erin Mackey but I looked her up and she seems like an interesting performer. Has anyone seen any of her stuff? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erin_Markey

Erin Markey is another actress, who has done some burlesque and off-Broadway work. She'll be a wild Squeaky, I think.
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.

I saw her in God Hates This Show at Joe's Pub. She's fantastic!

not the cast i was hoping for but pretty hype about it nonetheless! alex brightman as zangara is pretty inspired casting imo. and steven pasquale, yay!
Erin Markey is a freakin' riot. I think her interpretation is going to be very funny and very different then how Mary Catherine Garrison played her in the last revival.
The first thing I saw Erin Markey in was a burlesque show about ten years ago on Coney Island where she sang "Birthday Sex" while dressed as a baby. It was a trip.

That sounds...inspired...people will do anything to entertain!
Is it bad that I'm most excited to hear Brightman as Zangara? It'll be interesting to see how he does in a total 360 from School of Rock. (I don't know him from anything else unfortunately.)
I keep forgetting that Steve Pasquale is engaged to Phillipa Soo...
Steven Pasquale is ideal for Booth, I'm quite excited to hear him sing it. Also, I think Steven Boyer and Julie White are both pretty inspired bits of casting. I'm really looking forward to this, I was a smidge too young for the Roundabout revival in 2004 and I missed the London production a couple of years ago so I've never seen the show.
This cast is great and I'm so glad I got tickets when I did. I'm surprised to see that Oswald and the Balladeer are cast as separate performers. Is this how that it typically get cast now?
A little swash, a bit of buckle - you'll love it more than bread.

They may have done that to expand the cast for this occasion.
