Does anyone know where the $28 ACCESS club tickets are usually located ? Wondering if I should wait for that or just buy one of the $35 tickets instead.

There is at least one big name in this principal cast, as the aim is to bring this to Broadway. Won’t share which role out of respect.

Got my tix about an hour ago, no waiting to get in. Row A Mezz (behind the dress circle), on L side, 135.
I'll be seeing this the same trip as Much Ado and Benjamin Button (at the Public) You gotta love when some things just fall into place!

Back rows of the balcony.

That is not true, I have always gotten front balcony with $28 ACCESS tickets.

They’ve also been available in the rear mezz but they suck because of the overhang. I prefer the balcony tickets.

Yes - they're generally on the sides of the first few rows of the balcony (especially in the first row of the balcony, I highly recommend sitting as centralized as you can get), but there are indeed $28 seats available in every row of the balcony level.

I’m making the same trip also! If I can get The Heart to also overlap then I’ll have my top 4 fall offerings (currently announced at least) in one trip

I'm crossing my fingers for Benjamin Button tickets. I was enthralled by it in the West End.

Yep worked out for me too. Have plans for Much Ado, Inter Alia, this and Benjamin Button in November

Dramamama, where are you staying when you’re here? The Row? If so, I’d love to hear about it.

Haven't planned that far out yet, but when they announced their re opening I checked out their prices - and YIKES it was expensive. (And it won't be until November, so even if it works out for me, I'm sure someone else here will stay there before me!
But lol, I decided to check rates for an August stay (Whoopi Monologues) and the time I'll be there was around $200 a night, so I booked it. That being said, looking at dates between the two and prices are all over the place. From 200 to over 700! Seems to be asking an average of nearly 400 a night.

These are the sort of prices I'd only expect if they said someone like Bad Bunny was playing Usnavi.

And they still hold back all the front center orchestra seats and hype the $230 price for the side orchestra like we should buy with some sense of urgency. ¡Carajo! I am so over this joint. I will wait for the Broadway transfer and experience it in a real theater.

I am sure that the New York City Center Marketing Department thinks this clever but I find that it lacks class.

What's the point of the world (or the minimum theatre advertising that we get for most shows) if we can't be a little bit goofy silly?

In my social media feed today several Broadway shows had their own versions of this meme.
Two Strangers had "Cake is the only good thing about weddings"
MHE's said "The Model 3's battery is the most durable"

Was pretty underwhelmed with Mayte Natalio's work on NYCC Urinetown and Suffs & How to Dance in Ohio - but maybe she'll fair better with In The Heights.
When do they usually start announcing cast for the gala?
Posted: 7/2/26 at 11:43pm
They haven’t even held general auditions yet.
Posted: 7/3/26 at 12:22am
True, although some of the cast is already in place.

I know it's probably unlikely, but oh what I wouldn't give for Krysta Rodriguez as Daniela.
