I am going next Friday! I absolutely adored every damn second of this when I saw the second preview, and I am beyond excited to see it again. It was the last musical I saw before the shutdown, and it will be my first Broadway show in NYC back! I am bringing my mom, too, and I think I am even more excited for her to see it for the first time than I am to see it again!

I'm not seeing this until Feb....but am most excited for it (more than Music Man, more than Funny Girl - and I'm looking forward to those, as well!) Company is, possibly, my most favorite Sondheim - the one I relate most to, I suppose.
I will be living vicariously through the rest of you!

Anyone know about potential outages during Thanksgiving weekend? I just found out I'll be in NYC on Friday but don't see any warnings about someone being out.
Also - does anyone have any discount codes by any chance?
Caption: Every so often there was a rare moment of perfect balance when I soared above him.
Since Holidays are big tourist times, actors are expected to be there.

I thnk if it was a traditional holiday weekend, maybe there'd be some absences, though I find that typically rare nowadays. Also, the show will be still in previews, so I'm sure everyone is locked down tight.

Those seats are now gone. Only about a dozen seats remain.
Anyone know about rush/lotto for COMPANY?

A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

I fully expect outages on my Spectrum internet and cable that weekend.

Only showing available through the mobile version and not on the desktop website(Telecharge).

I had the privilege of seeing the first four 2020 previews, and it's such a marvelous revival. I will be at the first three previews this time. Company was the last show I saw on Broadway before the pause, and it will be my return show back to Broadway. I can't wait to see how the production has evolved, especially given the isolation of the pandemic, a theme that plays hand in hand with the plot. I am very curious what physical changes have been made to the production. Most of all, I can't wait to hear how Lenk's vocals have grown. I didn't have a big issue with it in 2020, but she needed more confidence with the music. She's certainly had the time to develop her strengths with the score.
Thank you, Taffy, for making us aware of the new seats being released! I was able to exchange my third row mezzanine for orchestra aisle seats. I’m much happier with these seats and can’t wait for Monday… I never would have looked at Telecharge again if it weren’t for you!

I can't believe the first preview is in two days!"
You are so lucky to be going! I wish I could go and I feel very sad that I can't. Several months ago,I watched a streamed musical that Katrina Lenk was in,called Against Women & Song, with Amber Gray. She did some singing, not as much as Gray, but what little she did sounded good, although it was nothing like the Company score. I hope her vocals have grown too.
Since I can't see the show,I'm working on a fan letter that I will probably send after opening, when she is more settled into her run.
Phone rings, door chimes, back comes Company, the musical comedy resuming previews tomorrow at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre. The show features a beloved score by Stephen Sondheim, with a book by George Furth, choreography by Liam Steel, and direction by Marianne Elliott in her Broadway musical debut. Opening night is currently set for December 9.
This revival is partially gender-swapped, with some other character traits also changed so that the wives are more dominant and the husbands more submissive (there is also a gay couple). Leading the cast is Katrina Lenk as 35-year old bachelorette Bobbie, and Patti LuPone as Joanne, the oldest and most acerbic of Bobbie's married friends. New to the cast is Manu Narayan as Theo; Jacob Dickey and Heath Saunders also join as New Yorkers (I would assume during "Another Hundred People" with Nicholas Rodriguez hopping on as an understudy.
"Tony Award and Grammy Award winner Katrina Lenk and two-time Tony Award and two-time Grammy Award winner Patti LuPone join forces in Stephen Sondheim and George Furth's groundbreaking musical comedy. It's Bobbie's 35th birthday, and all her friends keep asking, why isn't she married? Why can't she find the right man and isn't it time to settle down and start a family? As Bobbie searches for answers, she discovers why being single, being married, and being alive in 21st-century New York could drive a person crazy. Two-time Tony Award-winning director Marianne Elliott helms this revelatory new production, at once boldly sophisticated, deeply insightful, and downright hilarious. Company features Stephen Sondheim's award-winning songs 'You Could Drive a Person Crazy,' 'The Ladies Who Lunch,' 'Side by Side by Side,' and the iconic 'Being Alive.' Let's all drink to that."
I see the conversation has already started... who else is invited?!
I am going on Friday! I saw the second preview before the shutdown, and have been dying to see it again ever since. I most likely will cry during the opening number.

I was supposed to see this the night Broadway shut down last March, and I cannot wait to finally get to see it in a few weeks. Really rooting hard for this production.
