Did anyone on here go tonight and see Hillary?? Ben’s tweet on meeting her was so heartwarming.

Hey everyone!
I have lots of questions. Keep in mind I haven't seen the show but I have been told I need to see it before Ben leaves. My gaol is to spend $300 but I can do $400 tops.
1. I was thinking of doing the cancellation line (starting on Thursday night). What time should I arrive and for those that have done it recently, is it worth it? I was thinking of camping out overnight if need be. I just don't want to do it for nothing. Any recent success stories?
2. Not having used StubHub or SeatGeek, is it likely there will be tickets if I wait until an hour or so before the show?
3. Have anyone had any luck at the StubHub office or any of the hotels (like the Marquis) Some hotels may have a connection with Broadway houses.
Thank you!

So Hillary was at the show last night ... I wonder how that affected the number of tickets given out to the Wednesday EVENING line.
Does anyone have 1st or 2nd hand info?

If they never go low enough, at least you know you did your best anddidn't get caught up in the heat of the moment wrecking your finances."
Thank you! Should I even try to get in the cancellation line around 6am or is it a lost cause."
Why would you arrive so late?"
I can only arrive in the city at 6 am on sat. just because of driving/distance, i know sunday is a lost cause for sure but 6am sat is the earliest i can get there
"
Leave 15 hours earlier."
Yet again, I wish. Haha"
and here lies the main problem with most people on here ... not willing to just simply do what it takes
"
l physically cannot, or else l would. Some people have something called work. I have reasons for not being able to leave at that time and it shouldn’t concern anyone. The only thing l can do to try is get there at 6am, and it was simply a question

My friend was second in line and she got a standing room ticket, so at least two were given out.

I'm not surprised. Since Hillary Clinton was there last night, I wouldn't be surprised if the secret service bought the remainder of stubhub tickets online just so they can get the necessary number of agents in there (who stood around instead of sitting front row.)

No --- the Secret Service doesn't have to look on Stubhub in order to get tickets. If Hillary wants to come, the producer finds the tickets to make it happen. That's what "emergency tickets" are for.

If a seat is empty at a sold out show, it is still sold out.

So, one imagines the 4-day rule for Mr. Platt has officially ended?

If a seat is empty at a sold out show, it is still sold out."
Genuinely wondering why you cut out my line that acknowledged this just to reply otherwise?

Perhaps but what I will say is that we have seen a tone of the premium seats pop up for same day or next day shows lately as well so I wouldn't give up, but the cheaper face value non-premiums might be long gone

I was just amused that you were surprised there was an empty seat at a supposedly sold out show, even though an empty seat at a sold out show still makes it sold out. The fact that someone didn't show up didn't really factor into the part that amused me, that part seemed obvious.

Yes, I believe the frenzy over regularly-priced tickets is officially done. However, premium seats are a different story...

I've never used StubHub before. I can't buy just one pair of ticket, correct? Ie. One seller has a pair of tickets for tonight's show but I only need one ticket not two
**correct haha

Correct. Some will sell only in pairs. Limit it to one and you’ll see those selections only.

Not sure what beer has to do with it, but it is up to the seller whether you can buy one ticket or have to buy the pair...

Not necessarily but maybe.
Anyone else know what happened yesterday evening?
P.S. Any info on tonight's line and how many were on it by midnight?
