I personally love "Tommy's Poem" from Carrie (although it was inserted into the new workshop) and "We'll Have Tomorrow" from LSoH. And of course, "Feeling Electric" is good too, from what was Feeling Electric, now Next to Normal.
And several songs from the pre-Broadway Lestat. I also enjoy "Marking Time" from Pippin-are there any Pippin experts here who knows where that song fit in in the original script?
What about everyone else?
"That's How I Say Goodbye" - SWEET SMELL OF SUCCESS
"The Lady's Got Potential" - EVITA
"Who Could Be Blue?" - FOLLIES
"Heaven" - MJL'S THE WILD PARTY
And the definitive owner of this thread:
"Dumb Luck" - THOU SHALT NOT

Shrek's 'More to the story'
I just love that song..
Flaemmchen - Grand Hotel
I'm Lost - The Apple Tree
10 Percent - Chicago
Pink Taffeta Sample Size 10 - Sweet Charity
When Daniel Marries - Once On This Islan
Honey - Merrily We Roll Along
Dear, Sweet Sewing Machine - Fiddler
Hava a Memory On Me - The Best Little Whorehouse
Suddenly There's You - Ballroom
I love the Momma's Talkin' Soft counterpoint for Small World in Gypsy.
"Ten Percent" from Chicago. A comic gem.
"Please, Sir" from The Act. One of the most unusual theatre songs ever written.
"Uptown, Downtown" from Follies. Love it, why was it replaced? (I know why. The question was rhetorical.)

I forgot about "When Daniel Marries Me" from Once on This Island! I still think they should try and fit it back in one of these days. It's beautiful.
Twin Fairy Tales - A Little Night Music
The full-length Didn't I See This Movie? from Feeling Electric/Next to Normal.
OH! I completely forgot about all those amazing GYPSY cut songs!
DEFINITELY:
"Smile, Girls!"
"Nice She Ain't"
"Three Wishes For Christmas"

Me too, Spork! Amy Spanger ROCKS that song!
Taz, I'd love to hear the cut song from Fiddler... I didn't know that one existed.
I also love the whole "apples" prologue from Annie that's a bonus track on the OBCR.
A little early on and I hope it gets put back in the show, but for now:

TENTERFIELD SADDLER was cut from the Broadway production of THE BOY FROM OZ. It is a beautiful song and had biographical references to Peter Allen's life.
It was restored in the Australian arena tour and the audiences loved the way Hugh Jackman sang it - sitting down on the stairs and singing this haunting song. You could hardly hear a pin drop in the huge Sydney Entertainment Center - as everyone listened to it raptly.
At least it was included in the OBCR - so we did not miss it from the recorded musical score.

Also, "No One Has Ever Loved Me" segueing into "I Love Fosca" in the Broadway production of Sondheim's PASSION.
It appeared in the London production and Michael Ball's voice hit the roof singing this incredible song of love.

So much Sondheim--Who Could be Blue, All Things Bright and Beautiful, Uptown/Downtown from Follies, Bang! and Silly People from Night Music, Second Midnight from ITW, Prayers from Pacific Overtures, Honey from Merrily, Happily Ever After, Marry me a Little and Multiples of Amys from Company, etc etc...
I don't actually like Fiorello that much, but I LOVE the cut song Where do I Go From Here? from it. Same with If You Leave Me Now cut from The Happy Time.
Come Down from the Tree and When Daniel Marries from Once on this Island...
Where Do I Go From Here? (Fiorello)
Since no one answered your question, "Marking Time" was where "Extraordinary" is. Schwartz liked it, Fosse didn't and said there needed to be a better number, more up and appropriate for the moment. Schwartz wrote "Extraordinary" to replace it and now agrees with Fosse's assessment.

I didn't think I was going to be the first to bring up "There Once Was a Pirate" from SPRING AWAKENING... so here I go!
The entire score of 'Marry Me A Little", even if half of the songs made their way back into various other productions
