Wait--that's actually what the concept IS? I need to think about this...
Actually it makes sense what with his narration weaving in and out. I read the trials that Larson went through regarding the story (having it start at Angel's death etc), but I don't remember reading about that. It does make sense though. Although, how can it be his filming if he is with his camera the whole time? Although now it makes sense--he is filimg the movie the whole time. Wow--way to think that out in a post.
Yeah...I feel like, in the back of my mind, I've heard this before, like years ago. But I forgot all about it. That just puts the show on a whole different spin for me now....like really, very deep. How much of a genius was Jonathan again? lol. Freakin brilliant, beautiful man. Sigh.

Hahahahaha. I was Sky Masterson in a production once.
I have since forgotten most of the show.
pardon the randomness, i just wanted to reply to a few posts in and out of the thread
sup fredi, just hear for a bit, i have to run to a rehearsal momentarily, how have you been? did you read the discussion of the SISTER ACT MUSICAL thread? a majority of the board members think the lead would be quite suiting for you. oh also a note on theatre training, and education and whatnot. I highly suggest you finish High School just incase so you can have something to fall back on, because if you dont get work for like 10 years as an actor you can always bust out some other skill and make a nice living. yea...just my little opinion. Auditions..bah! I always just get so nervous, well looks like i gotta go peace ya'll!
my sister was a hotbox girl when she did it in middle school. Next year she'll be going to collage, ugh i'm gonna miss her so much. We got so close

belter - don't get me wrong
i am a HUGE education advocate and i want everyone to finish high school (with honors) and go onto college if that's what you really want...
but - to be an actor - a degree just doesn't matter.
the contacts you make at some of those conservatories could mean a lot more...
LittleFish.....I went to Ithaca College...so be nice! LOL! (Although I was a Music Ed Major) They do have a good theater department, and there are plenty of people who went through the program who are extremely successful, but getting a degree is not a guarantee of success. You need to make your opportunities.
There were several theater students there who were the shining stars of the department...cast in leads as freshman...really outstanding talents, however, after graduation I discovered that many of them were still living in the Ithaca area. Now Ithaca is great, but not exactly the spot to make a life as a successful actor.
Also...I think the greatest irony of all is that the actor who is currently the best well known graduate of IC...David Boreanz...wasn't a drama major. He studied TV/Radio in the communications school!

yeah, we should bring him along on our movie date.
One day we will all move to NYC

ahh..that would be just it for me. I'm having little mini heartattacks just with Fredi, so with both of them, i wouldn't be able to function.
Popping in to say hi - I'm at rehearsal but I miss you all!
