"I really hate how much they drag this results show out. An hour just to find out which two couples are eliminated is far too long for my taste."
I liked it when they did it all in one night.
Monica and Jonathan are going home which is pretty much what we expected. I kinda feel bad for Jonathan. He's been on nearly every season and can't seem to catch a break. I really like him on the show and think him and his wife are soooo cute.

Was she really in the bottom two? I mean, yes, she was one of the last to find out, but they kept repeating "In no particular order". Correct me if I'm wrong but that was just how I thought it came across.
I'm still afraid she'll be in jeopardy next week unless she really steps it up--Kristi and Shannon aren't going anywhere for awhile, and Priscilla and Marlee have definite demographic advantages.
BTW, I must be one of the few who really liked Priscilla's dance to "Bossa Nova Beat"--I thought it was an improvement over her hunched-shoulder foxtrot. I was a little disconcerted, though, by her post-dance crawling homage to LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE.
I ask in all honesty/What would life be?/Without a song and a dance, what are we?/So I say "Thank you for the music/For giving it to me."
It's always been my understanding, that the placement is random and there is no bottom two really. I think they pick the team to put in the bottom for dramatic or other reasons.
Marissa was better last night! I hope she stays several weeks, she's one of the most fun to watch. I thought that Monica was the weakest dancer. Marissa's one of the bright lights on the show this season. Of course she's not a ballroom dancer, even though she's been on stage, it's a different kind of dancing, and she wasn't strictly a dancer but also an actor and singer.
Kristi's great, but she has an advantage, after years of figure skating, she's used to choreography, competition, focusing, she's a strong competitor, witness the gold medal. I was surprised (pleasantly) when she got a little bit down and dirty this week. She's usually so pristine and even wooden as a figure skater, I had my doubts about whether she could actually dance. I hope that more skaters appear on the show in the future, and more Broadway stars.
Poor gal. Even though the 3 judges definitely are correct with their assessment that she CAN do more choreographically, I think her run is close to over on the show.
I AM voting, folks -- just being realistic.
I, as everyone else... expected Marissa to have a different outcome with dancing on this show. She's yet to reach our expectations of her.
They were SO harsh on her. My heart went out to her as she was standing there...I voted from two phones but I, too, won't be too surprised if she is voted off soon. Sad, but not too surprised.
Btw, right after the dance and before the judges even spoke I was really excited for her chances! I thought she did so well.

i am really sick of them bringing up her Tony everytime that she goes to get judged. she did not just win that award on dancing.
I also don't think you can compare her dancing in "Hairspray" with her dancing on the show.
Her music SUCKED tonight. It seemed like everyone else got good stuff and she got Avril. idk...i want her to stay in, but not if she is never going to get up to their expectations.
Stay in there Marissa. I am voting for you.

I think she will be the one to get the boot this week. I agree the judges have been harder on her than some others. I don't think they have a clear understanding of what her role in Hairspray was on Broadway. I do think she is capable of more than what she has done so far on the show; however I think the judges have an image of her being a great Broadway dancer and are disappointed she doesn't have amazing technique. She needs to speak up so the judges and the public have a better understanding of the difference between a Broadway dancer and what she did in Hairspray. Personally I hope Steve and Adam are the bottom 2. I think Marissa will be crushed if she is voted off this week. I read that she begged to be on the show. She will want to leave on a high note, this weeks performance was not it. Updated On: 3/31/08 at 09:51 PM
I am pretty disappointed with tonight. Not Marissa's dancing, but everything else. I hate to say that I think Tony isn't giving her challenging enough choreography. Maybe he's so used to having older women as his partner that he's not used to having someone who can do more. I get frustrated, because it seems that the costuming department was out of their minds tonight, too. Some of the costumes were cute, but most of them were terrible or didn't make sense with the routine. Marissa's didn't flatter her, didn't make sense with the song and her hair and make up looked awful. She is SO much CUTER than she has looked on the show. I feel bad for her. I know she wants probably more than anybody (she and the Gute might have a competition in that department)...but I feel like it's not working. I agree that her dance was a little more reserved than I would have liked to see, but I didn't think Shannon's dance was worth the judges falling all over themselves. Too much praise for Shannon, too harsh with Marissa. Although we do know that the judges, especially Len, drool for anything that comes from either one of the Hough kids.
