This show deserved so much more praise than it recieved. Its a shame that its closing, because this really was a first rate show and it will be missed dearly.
"The hallmark of aristocracy is responsibility. Oh brother, that got me, that did me in!"
Such a shame...I loved this show so much. I saw it last april with the OBC and it was so amazing. I agree that this show didn't get enough attention and praise that it deserves. It so original, funny, and unique. I will miss this show on broadway. FAREWELL DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS!
I will miss this incredible show greatly One of my alltime favorites and it will reamin so forever. The night I saw it with the OBC was one of the best nights of my life.

Goodbye DRS, I will be saying farewell to you at at the show!
...What happened next, was stranger still, a woman breathless and afraid, appeared out of the night, completely dressed in white. She had a secret she would tell, of one who had mistreated her. Her face and frightened gaze, my mind cannot erase...But then she ran from view. She looked so much like you...
Farewell, DRS. Though we only met once (I swear I tried my best to make it into the city for yesterday's matinee!), it was a pleasure. I shall weep for you today at 5:37pm.

You must remember all the same that at the crux of every game is knowing when it's time to leave the table... And it's important to be artful in your exit. No turning back, you must accept the con is done... It was a ball, it was a blast. And it's a shame it couldn't last. But every chapter has to end, you must agree. ~Dirty Rotten Scoundrels~
There's a special kind of people known as show people. We live in a world full of dreams. Sometimes we're not too certain what's false and what's real. But we're seldom in doubt about what we feel. ~Curtains~
It is a far, far better thing I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest I go to, than I have ever known. ~A Tale of Two Cities ~
This was a really great show. It's a shame to see it go (hey, I can rhyme).
"This table, he is over one hundred years old. If I could, I would take an old gramophone needle and run it along the surface of the wood. To hear the music of the voices. All that was said." - Doug Wright, I Am My Own Wife
Goodbye, Scoundrels! You didn't move me to tears (except through laughter once or twice) and you didn't change the world or revolutionize theatre as we know it, but you were a fun, entertaining show and that's a good thing too. You'll be missed.
Well, it's sad of course, but think of the success it will (hopefully) have on tour. (According to Playbill.com, it's getting great reviews.) And all of those (hopefully) stock and amateur productions! Scoundrels will go on.
Thank you to the incredibly hard-working cast, crew, pit, dressers, garbage men, and everyone who had anything to do with this incredible show. Even though it didn't get the critical priase it deserved, it certainly got the audience praise. I sent so many people to see it and they all loved it. All the audiences I had the pleasure of seeing it with loved it.

"If there was a Mount Rushmore for Broadway scores, "West Side Story" would be front and center. It snaps, it crackles it pops! It surges with a roar, its energy and sheer life undiminished by the years" - NYPost reviewer Elisabeth Vincentelli
I really can't believe this incredible show is closing. I didnt' expect Sweeney Todd to be around very long after I saw it, but I thought DRS would be around forever! It definitely should have gotten more praise. It will be one of my favorite shows forever. I had a dream that I was at the final performance... unfortunately, I can't be there in real life. I wish the best of luck to everyone involved in this incredible production.
Farewell to a real crowd pleaser. Nothing has ever made me laugh harder than DRS.

I have those lyrics stuck in my head for the past two days. I LOVED this show. Definitely one of my favorites to see performed. I'm sad it's closing, but I'm glad I was able to see it at all.
