Just came back from an advanced screening in Philadelphia and they handed the soundtrack big posters for trivia questions before the movie started. They gave everyone small posters after the movie. Updated On: 12/14/07 at 01:25 AM
Ummmm...is this the CD or the movie? Either way, I think I'll try to hold out for the theater experience (again). Serious temptation though. Updated On: 12/14/07 at 09:20 AM
can anyone send it to me please?? i loved the film and want to listen to the soundtrack until its released on tuesday and then i will buy it... but i am home bored and want to listen now!! :)
I can wait for the Midnight showing with my family. I was just curious how others found the sound to be. Especially with this show, I too want to see it in context before just hearing the soundtrack.
Phyllis and Uncageg, that had me laughing too. I'm going to the Midnight showing as Mrs. Lovett and holding a bake sale after the show. Might as well earn some extra cash for the CD and DVD release while I'm there.
"I think its gonna be a kick ass movie .. just not sure on cd wise if its kick ass."
I thought that I might think that as well but I've just finished listening to the CD and it's much better than I expected it to be and totally worth it.

A young actress with Noel coward after a dreadful opening night performance said to him 'Well, i knew my lines backwards this morning!''
Noels fast reply was ''Yes dear, and thats exactly how you said them tonight'!'
Most of that stuff is also on the Sweeney Todd official website.
