So then why are you acting offended when someone calls you racist if you feel the statistics back you up? Shouldn't you be proud to be a racist? 

I mean, pointedly I'm referring to you posting a video from an obvious racist Instagram profile playing "La Cucaracha" as someone is getting arrested for stealing a bike.

But I’m not offended. I just challenge it as untrue. And I use the stats to demonstrate that there’s less likelihood that someone would make the same (in your words) observation about a white person. And there’s even less likelihood than that, that someone would make that observation about an Asian/Pacific Islander, who come in at 2.4%.

Regarding the linked video, which is topical and timely, I certainly didn’t select the music. So that’s just a case of “don’t shoot the messenger” - although I’m sure a firing squad would volunteer in the blink of an eye around here.

Looks like they’ve moved up the eviction date.  Everybody’s gotta go by year’s end.  Right before Mamdani comes in.  Thank goodness for that or else he’d probably let them stay forever at the tax payers dime.  We finally get 8th avenue back 2026!

I work and go to the theater among other things I do in the city.  It’ll be nice walking to/from the port authority and not seeing the block party/ migrant encampment between 45th and 46th.  good riddance.
