Is it just me, or are Broadway.com's standards of censorship gradually decreasing? I'm definitely enjoying it, but correct me if I'm wrong in saying phrases like "It's like a vagina exploded in here." probably wouldn't have made it into the final a year or so ago.

BAHAHA Love it.
I was actually there (on my birthday) the day she got hate mail. She came out of the stage door and when I asked her something about the blog, she was just like, "I. Jackie Hoffman. Got hate mail today." She was smiling and everything. She then said to tune in next week to find out about it.

Possibly. They seem to let Jackie Hoffman and Susan Blackwell get away with anything, but then they go and censor the American Idiot video preview. Unless it was just sent out like that? It was censored here on BWW too.

remind me to never write her fan mail. bwaaaaaaaahaaa! i know damn well she enjoys it and is probably touched. (except from the ones using her to get to bebe and nathan) i wrote the al hirscheld once but wrote a letter to all, not just one, so i guess that's why no response.
she knows these people pay to go see the show and loves her fans. that was probably a prop playbill she inserted before - she probably framed a signed one. :) her comedic timing is absolutely fantastic and her sitting in the chaise cracks me up!

They need to do more of these. This has been, by far, the best and funniest "vlog" that broadway.com has ever done. They'd be very wise to do more. It would be absolutely hilarious to see Jackie's take on the Tonys.
