Hopefully this has not been posted yet, but I just finished watching the latest installment of Jackie Hoffman's video blog on Broadway.com, and her sense of humor is so evident. Does she really have it in for Scientology as seems evident in her remarks? Anyway, it is a humorous way to spend about eight minutes, so I recommend it.

And to answer the question above: Scientology isn't a Jackie Hoffman joke, it's a universal joke. I laugh whenever I pass that church (mostly because of it's odd location). It's hilarious that the two actors can sit on their dressing room toilet and see a giant advert for Scientology.
Scientology is considered a cult and illegal in most countries. I think we should follow that. They are CA-RAY-ZAY.
I just watched all three blogs and I love Jackie Hoffman even more than I did before. Her exchange with Adam Riegler was hysterical. Although I did also love the plug for her CD with Riegler's understudy.
When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.

I doubt you'll ever see Bebe make an appearance. If she wanted to, she'd have been in them already, and given the reports of her unhappiness, this doesn't seem like something she'd want to be a part of.
"Scientology is considered a cult and illegal in most countries. I think we should follow that. They are CA-RAY-ZAY."
Why would this possibly be something the government should get involved with? If it should, and it really shouldn't, it should ban all of the EQUALLY ca-ray-zay religions (all of them). Updated On: 3/25/10 at 08:30 PM
I though Cubby Bernstein was just going to pop right out like magic, like the black suit would just former and then he really would give that ameture jackie a piece of his mind!...HAHAHA

I love it! She is the Rodney Dangerfield of "the Broadway" (as she puts it). I would love to see her acceptance speech on the Tony broadcast; she deserves one just for these video diaries!
