Thank you Phyllis
Reggie, the deleted ones, at least some, were directed at her. perhaps you should reach out to her if you want answers. Im not her PR rep. I just felt she was being ganged up on by multiple posters, and no, im not saying or implying that you were one of them
There were just three or four posts from this morning that oddly don't appear in the main thread- none were the least bit objectionable.
Kad, shortly after 5:00 p.m. there were a bunch of socks created, spouting more "jokes." They were deleted fairly quickly, but again, none of them were about All That Jazz.
This is a straw man. ATJ made one or two fairly mild comments, there were one or two fairly mild responses.
No bullying. No deletions.
The posts that were deleted pretty much all asked "Hey, why aren't our posts showing up"?
Reggie, if you look at yesterdays thead, there are several posts every minute until 516 then none til 542.then again they start.... they wiped out that hole 1/2 hour. thats when then ganging up on happened. thats why i jumped in.
This morning, yes.
As I said, there were some posts from newly created socks yesterday afternoon that were racist. Though whether they were intended to mock other racist posts, I have no idea. They disappared pretty promptly. And again, had nothing to do with ATJ or anyone else.
And you can't say anything about it because a black person is saying it!

Nor does it explain why BWW would take the trouble to delete those posts, but not the racist ones made my other posters earlier. Or the entire thread, really, as they've deleted tons of other threads for much less.
sue, you've been watching too much of "The Americans." Not everything is a damn conspiracy.
Yes, Sue, those are the posts I was talking about. They had nothing to do with ATJ (or you, for that matter).

Renart, thanks, I was wondering the same thing.
It might have to do with the fact that some people on here are unable to read properly.
But oh well......
For the others, are the reactions on this clip racist? I think so. I'm curious what the "double standard fanatics" on here think?

It's shocking how easily some of these posters turn to petty "you were wrong/I was right" discussions to avoid the larger issue about race and race-conscious productions here.

Jordan Catalano: "Yes, because I said she doesn't have that right."
Well, you disagreed with me when I said it was racist that some people find she could only date a black guy.
So you agree with me?
Was that so hard to admit?

Ray, you're right.
I haven't heard any decent explanations on my example of "accusing Disney for being racist" because Tiana was a maid or was dating a guy that wasn't black yet.
And yet, tons of African American people are doing this. And many posters on here don't even realize it, according to the ignorant comments. Maybe they are scared to speak about it? I wish we could get to the bottom of this, and make people aware that not everything in the world can be called racist just like that.

Dave, would you be cool with a black Chris and Ellen in Miss Saigon?
It's after 5 now. Dave probably switched to the hard stuff around 3 so he's liquored up and back.

You guys, you are all racist for not explaining the YouTube comments of people who have no contributed to this thread!
I have a question for you Dave. PLEASE EXPLAIN YOUR ANSWER.

"Dave, would you be cool with a black Chris and Ellen in Miss Saigon?"
I would love that, as it would make the story even more interesting. I think one of the Chris' understudy's on Broadway was black too.
I am all for colorblind casting. Therefore I'm getting so tired of this uptight racist reactions.
