Was able to get rear Orchestra seats for Saturday, 11/22, evening show for $186 each.

Put my seats in the basket and was brought back to main screen went back was able to grab them again and I have been stuck with the blue circle waiting to pay.

I HATE TELECHARGE on a good day. This is ridiculous

Code is chessfan.  I had to load seats three times, each time was knocked out and had to log back in, before I could finally check out.

Had tickets in my cart and it wouldn't let me add a payment method, then kicked me out to the main page. Was able to go back in again and obtain the same seats. Worst experience I've had with Telecharge, who usually works pretty well for me. But we've got mezz seats for January, and we're happy with them.

Got a $99 including fees rear mezzanine row E seat for the first preview. Not the worst Telecharge presale I've endured, and the prices aren't outrageous.

I still haven't gotten the code in email, but I just checked and the text message came at 8:11, which I had missed!  However, the queue is still paused for me, argh!!  Never mind, now the queue is back at more than an hour (when I first realized from BWW that I could go to Telecharge, it said the wait was 45 minutes, grrr!!!!).

 

Update-got an email with the code at 8:41.  Such total incompetence!  And my estimated wait is now 57 minutes!

Does chess really have this many fans or does shubert/telecharge just not have enough computing power to handle more than 10 people visiting a single page?

It’s the latter. Everyone acting like this is going to be some instant, SRO smash right out the gate is delusional. 

Just out of curiosity - can you purchase Telecharge presale tickets over the phone, by providing the code that way?

Was finally able to buy our tickets for mid January.   Sitting front rear mezz.  Had some issues getting there, but eventually!!!

Ended up with tickets for two dates in November.  Row A Front Mezz was 186.00

Also noticed the code was sent at 11:40AM

This is hilariously inept. Combined with the artwork I’ll go into this show (once I can, you know, buy tickets …) with high skepticism.

Shock of all shocks I paid $129.00 for Lea in Funny Girl Orch Row A Center. Was in June so still not sure how/why but it was worth $129.00

It's 9:15am here in Los Angeles, and I just now got the email code for the presale, that was to have been sent at 8am PST.  What the FOCKER?  So crazy that this is so incredibly unorganized.

I dread anytime I have to purchase tickets using Telecharge. It is always an issue for me. At first I thought it was being on a iMac and using Safari but still have the issue with other browsers as well.

I had my tickets, got to the sign-in page -- I bought seats last week -- and it timed out (I guess), so I lost everything, including my place in line.  Ready to scream...have to start all over again...it is currently thrashing as I try to sign in again.  SUCKS
