Hmmm...that was an error in my original post. I'll go fix it. At least on Thursday, there was no understudy for the Stenographer, which means it must have been Casey.

Seeing Blonde for my first time Wednesday 20th evening show. Anyone know if there will be any understudies for this show? Im not too bothered but really want to see Bailey, Orfeh and Kate and also Amber efe.

Ok... so on Bailey's Youtube account page she mentions that Autumn has gone on once for her to give her a break. When did this happen and how did I miss it?

I don't believe she has missed a show yet. Autumn is quite active on her facebook, and has said she would post if/when she went on. No such posting has occurred yet.

Saw the show last night for the first time and it was fantastic.
Had 2 understudies,
Asmeret Ghebremichael was on as Brooke
Tiffany Engen was on as Pilar
Both of them were fab, as well as all the rest of the cast.

(Jason Gillman and Jody Reynard were also on in Kevin Pariseau's track last night- unless it's been so long since I've been there that Kevin's no longer in the show or something...)
Isn't Asmeret!Brooke *fierce*??? "You think I woke up with this ass?" Love it.
And that was excellent covering during Whipped- after the fact I had to actually ask other people I knew who were there too last night "ok, I saw the jump roper walk off on stage right, and I saw Asmeret pick up that second rope on stage left, but did I somehow *miss* the part where the jump rope went flying cross stage?" And apparently I had.

Ye i saw her walk off but missed the dropping of the rope - very well covered.
I loved her as Brooke, especially in the Legally Blonde Remix.

I don't think he's left the cast...the last time I saw the show (about two weeks ago), he was the only understudy listed for Callahan (and he was on that night). Is that odd, to only have one cover for that role? Have they hired another cover? I actually think Jason is old enough looking to cover that role, maybe they'll make him a cover.

adamgreer- I actually didn't even look until you pointed it out, but yep according to the Playbill I got two nights ago Kevin is the only Callahan cover... considering that Andy Karl never went back on again I guess they just cut that part of that track, and Ven Daniel isn't a second Callahan cover (can you even imagine Ven!Callahan?), but it is a little odd there's not someone listed as a second Callahan cover...

You don't happen to know how Matthew and Jason are splitting the week, do you? (if they're even splitting the week). I'd be VERY tempted to go see Mathew!Warner again, because he's so wonderful in that role.

So has anybody heard anything about any upcoming Kate!Elle or Autumn!Elle? I assume Autumn is techinically the first cover? I guess the chances now of seeing Kate as Elle are pretty slim.

Well I think you'll get one shot to see Kate as Elle. Based off the Margot track record she'll get to go on once near the end of her run with the show.
