So I saw it last Wednesday at the matinee. It was the only show I saw on my short trip and I am SO glad that I saw it! It was such a fun show and everyone was GREAT!

I bought the cast recording right after I left and have been listening to it practically non stop. I hope to know every word by the end of this week . It is so dang catchy! I love it!

aggg. Okay, I am going to be SO MAD if I cant go this weekend. lol. My mom and I kinda got into a fight and, basically, I am not so sure I'm going to have a way to get to the train station, which is an hour and a half or two hours away, to go into the city. God, its times like these I really really REALLY wish I'd gotten my permet and liscense as soon as I was able to get them. Cause if I dont get to go this weekend, I'm not so sure I'll get to go again!! I'm so nervous... but I dont want to ask my mom if shes willing to take me YET... because I dont want her to get mad again. I think I have to wait in agony a few more days or so and see if she's willing to take me again. lol

They do have very different ways of playing the role. IMHO, Amy is a better singer (and I like the way she plays some things better), but Cara is an AMAZING dancer.

Reminder: They're gonna show the proposal & interviews on Access Hollywood TONIGHT @ 7:30 on NBC (though check your local listings...) but in NYC yeah 7:30 on NBC.

I know they were on stage during the proposal & they interviewed some people after the show (Me, my mom & stephen lynch being among the few)

I think you have a point. Cara's voice is also a bit more "conventional" than Amy's.

Cara is an amazing dancer. But so is Amy. These are 2 professional dancers with a lot of technique. I think they are both extremely talented, none of them is more talented than the other one. They are both excellent. I don't know about Cara's voice, because I've never seen her as Holly, but I've seen her in the show.

I've never seen Cara as Holly but if her dancing is apparently BETTER than Amy's, she must be fantastic. (Though, I have seen her in the chorus, and she does stick out!)

PARISinNYC: just check you guide thing or tvguide.com and see when access hollywood comes on in your area. i know it's 7:30 here but it may be different for you.

have you been able to go backstage yet? ive heard a lot of stories from people who did. im hoping to go backstage when i go.

well i somehow managed to get Tina's email and i was told that if you email her she'ss take you backstage but im thinking thats a little odd. i dont know. if you want it i could give it to you. but i would LOVE to go backstage! It's like my dream, lol

thats exactly what i was thinking. somebody from myspace just posted the email address but i dont know. i think i would feel wierd asking too. its just awkward. i wouldnt even know how to go about it. its kind of rude to be like hey, will you take ma backstage?
