These prices are insane. I am struggling to pull the trigger on anything. Maybe I will wait for the general on sale and see if more seats open up

Does anyone know when opening night is?

Should be around a month after preview is a good rule of thumb
From the calendar, looks like October 8 is opening.

For anyone who had problems with Payment Failed messages check your email. I had one order where I got the Failed message go through. On hold now with Box Office to try to fix it. What a cluster F*%& this is.

But with Radcliffe involved, what are the chances this actually extends?"
Realistically I can see 1 or two extensions. I feel as though Groff would be the one that would be super busy though...Radcliffe was with How to succeed for around 9 months or so if I'm correct.

Went with Balcony Row C on the center isle for $109 each
Would the Dress Circle for $147 offed me a view that would have been worth the extra $40????
Front of the balcony is better than rear of the dress circle at the Hudson.
Yes, the tickets are expensive but that was to be expected. It sold out so quickly off-Broadway, and there are fantastic people in and associated with the production. For me, although I wish it was cheaper, I will spend $367 on a ticket for this show. What angers me is shows like New York New York are charging over $300 for front orchestra seats with no such stars and no buzz. I will not pay $300+ for that ticket.

Merrily already raised their prices - no joke. The same show I’m going to, to sit in the “pink” priced seats - jumped from $144 to now $154 a ticket.
Edit: now $164 wow

If they are using dynamic pricing algorithms, ticket prices likely do increase once certain sales thresholds are attained.
I knew prices would be high but didn’t expect to pay $80+ for the back of the balcony. Woof.
I wonder what Sondheim, Furth & Prince would think of their show coming back all these years later to Broadway with an hour long ticket queue. Incredible when you think about it.

Mine jumped by $30 in value since I bought this morning

I guess I may miss this if I can't find something I can deal with on tomorrow's sale. I planned an entire trip around this but these tickets are like twice what I paid in airfare.
Woah I just looked for seats in the balcony. They are crazy! Those prices
Funny how tickets are being advertised as starting at $59, but those are only the wheelchair seats. Pretty sneaky, sis!

$387 for orchestra row D- had no intention of spending this much.
Guess I won't be eating for the foreseeable future....
“Roll on up for seats starting at $59!”
I remember when I first started going to Broadway shows in the mid 90s with my Dad who was in a wheelchair, tickets for him were $10 - $15 and the companion seats were around the same price, maybe a little higher. We used to joke about it being a great perk of having to use the chair.

This happened to me. Ticket changed in cart. Had the $137 tickets and it jumped to $146 while it was in my cart
