for those who ever questioned how well-connected MR actually was, here's his Bachelor Party dinner: Jimmy Nederlander, Nick Scandalios, David Stone, Rick Miramontez, Imogen Lloyd Webber, and the rest are journalists/critics. Photo from WOR 710 Facebook and, per reports, the wedding was this weekend. (He got married to the character Arachne from Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark)
Now please give us some FUNNY GIRL dirt before your honeymoon, Michael!

Popped over to the WOR facebook page and am listening to Inside Broadway Tony Talk. He does mention his wedding. He is marrying a journalist named Kristina. He also talks about the bachelor party at Sardi's.

I was a bit annoyed with his description of "A Strange Loop". He made it sound like it was all about back room sex and for some reason believes people think they are seeing The Lion King because Usher is an usher at Lion King in the show.

Same. The books show that he could have been a real journalist had he chose to move beyond the gossip of his Post column. The Post column became weaker as he became chummier with Rudin and other folks in its last few years.
