My mistake muscle. I didn't mean to say Elisabeth didn't scream, just that she begins to squeak it makes it hard to understand her, at least for me. Audible was a poor word choice on my part. Sorry.

First of all, The View is crap. Secondly, Rosie O'Donnell is one step below crap. I admire all her love for the theatre and *some* of the stuff she's brought to it. But, if all the untalented, loud, obnoxious people in the world were allowed to be in Broadway shows and have their say about Broadway... hey, we'd be on a BWW messageboard. Look at that, we're all a little bit Rosie.

^ That's bull**** and I'm not even getting into it with you about it.
I'm sad to see Rosie leave The View earlier than planned, but It's her decision and I guess I respect that. Besides, Hasselback is just annoying. I wouldn't want to spend another day with her after that fight either.
I agree with everything Fenchurch said. Hasselback has NO right to be on TV.
The View IS crap without Rosie. They should just cancel it after Rosie leaves.

well after tuesday I'm going to stop watching the view (I have to see what barbara says!) Rosie put this god awful fluff program on the map. Its been on for 10yrs!? only because it was mindless morning chatter. Rosie came in and changed the entire dynamic. Ratings went up.. and excuse me, would EH have been invited to the white house dinner with the queen?? Just because she's right wing media darling??..no one even who she was until this year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! EH can thank rosie for giving her an identity.. end rant.. lol
I have watched most of the shows where these fights or passionate discussions (to put it another way) came into play. While O'Donnell and Hasselback always said they were still friends, I think O'Donnell was smart to leave early. The last argument was the ugliest yet and O'Donnell made the statement at the end of the argument that she was NOT going to argue with Elizabeth for the remaining three weeks (I believe because she felt it was upsetting Elizabeth and Elizabeth is pregnant). Rosie is a passionate person and while I do not always agree with her, I will miss her because she was honest (whether people wanted to hear her comments or not). While right wing news channels tried to paint her as unpatriotic, she has done a lot monetarily and emotionally in support of the troops but does NOT agree with the war and is vocal about that. Having seen Hasselback defend the current administration when it defies all logic, I think O'Donnell knows it is Elizabeth's right to her opinion just as O'Donnell has HER own right her HER opinion.
I don't believe she looks like a quitter, though some may paint her that way. You can't really do much about what others say about you. If she wants to bail out 3 weeks early in order to follow her own conscience, let everyone draw their own conclusions. Frankly, after this past 6 months, I think I would have quit a long time ago just out of disgust for those who twisted her words...but maybe I am not as stubborn as she is :)
Just to clear something else up Janette (the Ja in Ja He Ro) only defaced one picture at ABC...yes still not nice...but of course the media made it seem like she went to 100 pictures.

Oh, but why not? Cause I didn't write it out for you first? Fact of the matter is that I'm allowed to have my opinion on your beloved Rosie O'Donnell. And regardless of what that opinion is, it's not going to change whether you get into it with me or not. Personally, either way, I think The View is a bunch of boneheaded women sitting around talking about things no one gives a damn about. And it seems some of you have a slightly similar opinion. Wouldn't you be GLAD to have Rosie off a show like that then? Maybe she'll move on to something better? Maybe she'll scream her way into the Grease revival.

Rosie is an unhappy woman who instigates fights and then acts surprise if someone responds back with a view that is different than her own. She is a one trick poney and I find her completely annoying. She needs to calm down and think before she speaks. She doesn't do anyone any good, especially for those who may share a similar opinion. Adam Chris, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you for that! I couldn't agree with you more. O'Donnell likes to make points and when another person opens their mouth to either agree or disagree, it doesn't seem to matter which, she'll get abraisive and loud for no reason. She treats every conversation like it's a presidential debate. It's really irritating.

Are you 2 fans of the blonde panelist of the show?

No, because if I get into it with you here then it will be even worse than what Elizabeth and Ro went through.
And you are really one to be talking about defending your favorite actors. If anyone says a bad thing about Hunter Foster or John Treacy Egan you're on them like flies on horse ****.

ROSIE HAS NO F@#%ing clue about anything she talks about politically socially the works ...all her comments are degrading and wrong...and stupid...if she says something about gays or lesbians its fine but God forbid someone even says the word gay and then they're a bigot or a bad person...and if anyone tries to argue she cowardly ducks and covers and points the finger at them Its about time she got her arse off elizabeth is the only one with a clue and JOY NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOU SO STOP TRYING ...I agree with who said it first Good riddance to really bad really really bad rubbish
Rosie indeed has a clue about what she believe pollitically and socially. She can become a little overbearing when it comes to gay rights, but she likes to stand up for herself and her community. Good for her! I disagree with you jacobp.
I love Rosie and will miss her. I'm glad someone has strong opinion's. She is loud, but she makes you think about what is going on. I hope she get's another show. Next year will be even closer to the elections, I can't wait for her comment's and opinion's on that.
