I wouldn't call it the best of the year, but it's always so striking to me how glorious that Camelot album is, when the show itself was such a disaster (IMO). The music didn't even sound that full in the theater, but it's such a good album.

If I have to pick a 2nd choice it would be KPOP, and the fact that people voted for Merrily mostly, makes me think that none of them heard the 2012 Encores' version.

My favorite shows on here are Sweeney Todd and Parade
But I'm the biggest fan of Ban Platt as Leo
And, while Josh Groban is one of my favorite singers ever and I also love love love Annaleigh Ashford, the Sweeney Todd album can never top the original
Mostly because nobody can ever be better than Angela Lansbury or Jack Eric Williams
Now that being said I'm still upset that there's George Hearn cast recording because he's easily the best Sweeney in my book
And the Anthony in that cast is way better than the one in the Broadway cast
Only disadvantage is the Beadle Bamford not being Jack Eric Williams, because I think he's one singers ever to grace Broadway and it's so unfortunate that he didn't have more success
Parade: Even though I LOVE the OBCR and the score, and have seen this production 3 times, sadly Charlie Webb's young soldier alone made it out of Top 3 for me.
