Posted: 6/23/05 at 4:10pmYay Menken! Will be nice to have a new score of Menken music on Broadway. I'm sure the score will maintain the gospel feel of the movie, without using the same songs. He can write brilliantly in any style, including doo-wop (see Little Shop of Horrors).

I wanted it to be a musical since I first saw it! Yay! I love Menken...I've always wanted to play Sister Mary Patrick.
