Mer, I miss you. I'll be back on Saturday. I promise :)
I miss you too Stac! I can't go Saturday though because I'm going to an engagement party. I'm going to go on Friday to see Matt go on and then I might go Sunday & try to be in the Mezz.

Do they have lottery tickets for Mezz?!?
I want to go this weekend so bad.but i can't cause i'm busy... I'm planning a trip down in may though. I miss my Bee...
And my Mer.
No, lottery's only the side orch seats. I wish they had lottery for the Mezz because it doesn't look like I'll be able to make it this Sunday.
Hello everyone. I was hoping that someone could give an idea as to where the better seats are for the Broadway production. I'm having a hard time picturing the staging as I've never been in Circle in the Square. I'm looking to go in mid June and the best available that Telecharge provides is for Row A (sixth row)behind the floor seats. Would these be good? Are the extreme side seats any good (the ones with high numbers in the 30s and 40s)? Sorry if the questions are random, but I'm not really able to visualize it.
Row A is great. The extreme sides, I'm not such a fan of. I'd stick below the 30s on the sides.
Thanks for such a speedy response! I'm off to order my tickets.
No prob, enjoy the show!
And it's so weird to hear you all talking about seeing the show from a mezz!
Haha, yeah. I sat in the very back during my first viewing of the Bee. It's where Jesus comes on too, so I'd like to sit in the front of the Mezz before this summer.
Hehe, Jesus is on the stage in the Broadway show right? That to me seems strange after having him in the Mezz every night here in SF.
No, he is in the audience still, comes down the stairs in the back and stands in the middle of the orchestra seating.
Ah, okay. I like him standing on the edge of the Mezz, but I'd be interested to see him in the Orch too.
I guess the way the theater is set up, it's kinda like standing on the edge of the mezz... I don't know how to describe it.
Im very happy! My friend saw SPelling Bee with her family last week and loved it, and she said she had something for me that she got during the show, and today she handed me a Playbill with a word card in it that got thrown out during...Pandemonium? I think? Well anyway, I have never been in a position to get one, and now I have one!
cadre- KAD-ray -noun
1: framework
2: a central unit especially of trained personnel able to assume control and tain others
*3: a group of people with a unifying relationship
Example sentence:
NASA's cadre of courageous astronauts offered America the modern-day heroes it needed.
I wish the word cards had funny sentences on them and not serious ones. I think I have all of them by now.
Yea, I was hoping it would be funny.
I wish I had more, but in the seats I have been in (F 245 twice, B 242 and A2 on the bleachers) I have never got any. I do have two gummy letter B's.
Our rush seats in SF are prime seats for candy and word cards. I have quite a bit of both now.
Oh! And I found something interesting! Evan D'Angeles(u/s for Mitch & Chip) uploaded two mp3s from the SF show of him as Mitch on his website (The I Love You Song & Prayer of the Comfort Counselor). Check it out here:

One more Sf understudy update, Michelle will also go as Logainne on Tuesay May 9th.
I won the lotto for the show tonight, yay! Front row!
Meredith, I'll get your playbill tonight!
Yay! I'm so excited! Have fun tonight Liotte!
Has anybody here seen the Chicago cast yet?
I got to see them yesterday for my school's thespian trip. They're fantastic. I absolutely love Derrick Trumbly as Leaf. Such a cutie. I'd spoken with him a few times before seeing the show, so afterwards he brought some of the cast members out into the lobby to sign for my class. It was amazing. They're all so sweet.
