He's only done it once, so I want to give him time to settle into the role before I give him a review... He was adorable though, and I can't wait to see how he makes it his own.

I definately know what you mean about him being too gorgeous for the role, but he's such a good actor that he makes it work. He makes you believe that he's dorky.

I saw Barrett tonight and he was awesome. He played it much more shy and quiet than Jesse, but I liked him just as much.

I think he went on for Jesse [who I believe is out of town doing promos for The Class?]... he doesn't "offically" go into the show until the 25th.

That being said, I noticed the other day that he's changed his occupation on Frienster to "Professional Speller." Oh man, I can't wait to see him in this show.

It's "unofficial" because right now he's just a vacation cover while Jesse is gone. He's not listed in the playbill yet, just an understudy paper. On July 25th is when he joins the cast as the new Coneybear

Has anyone seen Evan D'Angeles go on as Mitch recently? I only ask because I saw him twice in March and he was still "Mahoney," although he's calling himself "Mitch 'Mendoza' Mahoney" on his site now. Did they change it? (It'd make more sense. )

I just wanted to reply to this because (well, I havent had internet access in a week so I didnt know it was here) and that I wanted to share my excitement that I was Barrett's first audience participant that he had to guide through the show! He did a great job and was so much fun! Talking to him afterwards he said that since Jesse would be back in the show this coming week (for his last week) they didn't want to announce Barrett as coming in on the 11th... so that was like a week of previews for him. And so liotte, if you were there, I was the guy w/ the goatee who got to spell "Mexican"

I just saw Barrett as Leaf on Friday the 14th...

Now I can't judge that much because I've never seen Jesse Tyler Ferguson... but I absolutely ADORED Barrett. He was so amazingly cute and funny!

Soooo cute, and such a nice guy too! Yay Barrett Foa!
