8am should be plenty early for SRO, especially since it's a two-show day
My fave pic from B&N

You beat me to it, kryst! I love that picture, it's so adorable! And thanks for all your help. You're becoming like the guru of this thread LOL
Ahh, that picture is sooo cute! I want to see this show!
Another new interview with Sasha from Playbill.com. On the second page she mentions she has a year contract with the show and will hopefully stay on longer.
DIVA TALK with Sasha Allen
"Theo Stockman was supposed to return to Hair in November after the run of American Idiot. Now, however, it's looking very likely that AI will extend its run in Berkeley, and there's a pretty strong possibility that he may not return after all. Nothing has been officially decided, though, and it all really depends on what happens with AI."
This is what I figured. Although I definitely will miss him in Hair, I'm happy Theo Stockman has such a great opportunity in doing AI. His role in the AI ensemble is very prominent and sizable, and there is no doubt in my mind that the show is Broadway bound, whether it be this season or next.

I don't care what he's in as long as he comes back to Broadway!
Agreed Leia. And I'm dying to hear more about AI. Its easily the production that I'm most excited aout a B'way transfer.
I think MOST of them have year contracts, which is standard. Gavin, being the most experienced, was smart enought to have a shorter contract so that he could renegotiate a raise sooner....which backs up the talk about the producers only offering scale minimum.
Just noticed the double post. Oops.
I have to agree. As long as Theo comes back to Broadway I'll be happy. And I'm dying to see American Idiot so crossies on transferring!

Same here, and I don't even LIKE GreenDay! But the cast sounds too good to pass up! If it transfers, I hope they keep the cast!
I keep seeing AI and automatically thinking "American Idol." Whoops.
Oh yes. I mean obviously I love Theo and his purple jacket, but any Theo is good for me. :) And I've always been a huge Green Day fan, so I'd want to see this under really any circumstances.
Same, Claudio. The thought of a staged Jesus of Suburbia thrills me!
my boyfriend and I ended up going to the Barnes and Noble event before seeing Hair last night and I'm really glad we went (thanks for convincing me! haha). We were standing outside of the room, right against the cash register, I was wearing a brown tank top next to my boyfriend who was in blue plaid shorts...if any of you guys were out there too :P It was really great hearing a lot of the background info during the interview part and then the performances were awesome.
As for last night's show...jesus christ freaking amazingly stupendously awesometastic. I've never had such an experience at the theater than I did last night. Swenson was on fire and I absolutely loved Paris as Claude! I bought tickets for last night knowing that Gavin would be back from vacation and I was a little bummed when I heard about his ankle but man, I absolutely loved Paris. I got a couple of pats on the head from Caissie Levy throughout the show too! The dancing on stage at the end was so much fun! We'll definitely be going back in the fall :)
HAIR-HAIR-HAIRHAIRHAIR-HAIR-HAIR-HAIR!
JKlock, glad you enjoyed the show. I'm looking forward to seeing Paris!Claude tomorrow.
Does anyone know who is covering Paris' track?
Swenson was on fire
Heheh. I met him yesterday, and I almost exploded. I haven't gotten like that in years. A little fangirling is good for the soul, I guess.
This may sound a bit strange, but did anyone else feel that Hannah Shankman looks a bit out of place? There's no doubt that she's extremely talented and everything, but I just felt that she didnt blend in as well with the rest of the cast
Sheesh that sounds horrible haha
