I'm getting a window tattoo for DEH, and I didn't even enjoy Comet. If I can admit GC was robbed for Orchestrations, anyone can.

Getting texts from non-theatre friends watching the Tonys who are beyond confused why Bette wouldn't be performing for Hello, Dolly!. I'm with 'em. Poor DHP.

The song works fine in context - it's a kind of momentary detour while people take their seats and get ready for the show to start. To actually put a showcase on it at the Tony Awards was always incredibly misguided.
Give me claws and a hunch, just away from this bunch.

I would cut this moment the most embarrassing on Tony history. This is silly, ridiculous and offernsive to everyone. Poor DPH.

I thought Penny performance was actually very good. He's a great actor. I just wish Hello, Dolly! title number has followed right after.
