Ummmmmmmmm, this has been happening a lot lately. When it has the double astrick and I ask for 1 it still says that the order can't be processed so why is it still available? Like it happened to me for bronx tale, great comet, and now come from away. Its a little frustrating.

This is encouraging. I purchased two for Wednesday night. I'm really excited to see it and I'm hoping the seats are orchestra. I'm scared they'll be last row mezz like that other poster's Groundhog Day experience, but I hope it was a fluke since I've never experienced that before with TDF.

TDF doesn't steal items from people's carts. Likely what is occurring is that the system has seats, but they are all in people's carts. If they check out, then the listing will be removed. If they don't check out, the cart will eventually time out and return the seats to inventory where you can buy them.

I got Come From Away mezz row F for last night. When we got the tickets we weren't happy at first, but it turned out the view was amazing. It's a small theatre so mezz is still a great seat. Definitely worth it because the show was also amazing. I actually think sitting in mezz is best for this show since you get to see everything each person was doing in the plane scenes.
That sounds a lot better than my rush seat for CFA, which was all the way on the side in the mezzanine and partial view.
I just bought TDF tickets for Groundhog Day for Saturday night, and I have my fingers crossed the seats are decent.

If you could let us know where your seats are after Saturday that would be great!
Just popping in with a success story...
Saw AMELIE last night from an AMAZING seat... we had Orchestra Row E seats 6 and 8 (I believe these are typically listed at $159.50).

If anyone bought Groundhog Day tix for Wednesday, would they be willing to swap for my Tuesday ticket? I chose the wrong date by accident.
Bought tickets to Bandstand! Looking forward to this one!
Come From Away is up for Tuesday and both Wednesday performances. Really excited because I scored a couple for Tuesday. How have people's seats been for this?

I went this past Wednesday night and sat mezz row F. It was a great seat and great view even though you might not think so at first. Definitely well worth it.

Update:
Saw Groundhog Day on Friday, March 24, 2017 @ 8PM. My seats were Mezzanine Centered, Row H.

I was very happy with the seats and surprised that I enjoyed a show from the mezzanine which was a first for me. The show was fun and enjoyable as well.
Does anyone know if making a donation to TDF when paying for member tickets make a difference?
Glass Menagerie tonight was Orchestra row L, seat 3.

I'm not the original poster, but I also saw Groundhog Day tonight and had a seat in the front right Mezzanine, E-12. I thought the view was great, and the seeat actually felt really close to the stage. I usually have trouble seeing expressions if I'm not in the front-ish half of the orchestra, but I had no trouble tonight.
I also saw Come From Away earlier this month, got a single ticket through TDF, Left Orchestra R-25. I was really happy with the seat, and afterwards I heard other people raving about the Mezzanine too, so I think either option should be good!

I saw Groundhog Day tonight, and was in row O on the side--much better than my back row mezz tickets from last Saturday. I do think that Front Mezz is probably the sweet spot for this show (not that we get to pick our seats).
On a related issue, as the lights went down I saw a familiar face take an aisle seat about J. Tim Minchin was in the house.
Row E in the mezz must have been TDF territory for Groundhog Day tonight, because my tickets were also there, E 7 and 9, and the people to our right were also TDF members. Fun show! It won me over!
