Why am I just now realizing how attractive Gabriel is?

ACL2006... I was just about to type the same thing. I thought it might come off as forced and tacky but I'm really liking it. This show is all about celebrating Broadway... from the die-hards to the casual fans. Smart decision to weave some established, recognizable characters into the mix.
CBS's production values are painful but keep me watching.

HAHAHA awkward silence and then applause during Lion King HAHAHAHAH i almost spit out my beer.
Well, that clinched it. I am NEVER going to see "Rock of Ages."
But wow, Laura's voice is glorious!
Gabe winning means that either
A) Matilda will sweep
B) Matilda will not sweep
C) Matilda will win a few awards
Finally! A song whose lyrics that are understandable. After the first 3 musical numbers I was thinking I was going deaf.
Ebert's win hardly indicates a MATILDA sweep. In fact, I'd say KINKY's wins at this point indicate that the scales seem to be tilting in their favor so far.
This is a cute performance!
I'm surprised by the number of people who were unfamiliar with the music from Bring It On. I like the song, but the number performed on the awards wasn't staged as well as it was in the actual show.
Oh great, time in the broadcast for a WALTZ!
I definitely want to see Cinderella now.
I am loving the Cinderella medley, it's coming off great in my opinion.
That was magical. Exceptional performance!!
TERRANCE MANN WAS ROBBED!!!
I thought Cinderella had an excellent performance

Amen hushpuppy! Leave it to the legends of Broadway's Golden Age to just give us a beautiful song where the emphasis is on the beautiful mix of lyrics and voice and not what has become common practice today. Magnificent.
Santino is adorable. Laura and him together are too freaking cute. So far, two strong medleys!
"Cinderella" definitely sold some tickets in the last few minutes!
Those quick changes were SCARY!!!! I was I seriously thought they were going to get stuck. I wish they would have cut that waltz and done Girl Like me
finebydesign: there should ALWAYS be time in life for a Richard Rodgers waltz
CBS must have used a new production crew this year. Everything about the broadcast has been better than the past few years so far.
What's with the heads at the bottom of the screen- really distracting!
