So what about the guys then? as one myself i always feel as if i stick out!
And yet the current Phantom in West End is one and i can think of a few on the London circuit over the years esp Scots (like me!) However not so popular a look is it?
See this is why Mark Cohen should always be played by a redhead (like me! )
Thanks everyone for the mouth kisses--I know it's about your love for Jesse(Coneybear) TF---- You know Jay Reiss was also a redhead-- granted the color has faded but check out Circle in the Square faux middle school's lobby and see Jay Reiss' bar mitzvah photo---Now that's a redhead!!! And how have we overlooked Victoria Clark?????
Oddexoticcreature.... I saw Julia around town quite a bit in August of '04, as a blonde roughly a year before the start of Lennon so I'm assuming that she was blonde before they asked her.

Michelle DeJean is amazing. Her Roxie is simply fabulous. You can be gay or straight, but you can't help to notice how damn sexy she is up there (As Roxie or in the ensemble.)
Thankfully Michelle's getting more success. Headlining the CHICAGO tour.. I can't wait for her to get other big roles.
I've said before, she is almost the obvious choice to replace Sarah in DRS as Jolene.
Kate Baldwin is another one. I also love Jennifer Hope Wills and Carolee Carmello...beautiful NATURAL redheads...all three of them. Many of the other ladies, although incredible, are not real redheads...you can tell just by really looking at them.
yeah...Jennifer Hope Wills is a red head...and Brooke has a redhead wig in WT and so was Kate Baldwin and n Nancy Anderson and now Cynthia Nixon is going to be on Bway...but she is naturally a blond...even tho famous as a redhead...will she be blond in "The Rabbit Hole"?

Julia has said that she went blonde for the show, not because she wanted to. However, the blonde she went for the show was, "WHOA! BLONDE!" as opposed to light brown or highlighted, so it's possible that she didn't consider her previous color "blonde".
"Grease," the fourth revival of the season, is the worst show in the history of theater and represents an unparalleled assault on Western civilization and its values. - Michael Reidel
